This place has terrible service. One employee working on a Sunday at SNAILS PACE is absolutely ridiculous. Waited in line for over an hour with zero service or acknowledgment. Management must do better.

Great store, great people. Nothing else much to say but I walked in lost and left a happy costumer. I had no idea as to what I needed to get but with the assistance of a sales associate I got exactly what I needed. I forgot the name of the young man but I recall it started with a J. Either way, great worker. Very grateful!

I own a residential and commercial painting outfit here in Miami. I have been to almost all of the Sherwin Williams here in Miami, and to be honest this is the absolute best one !!! The store manager Hector is a great guy that knows his products 100% and is extremely versed in the staining department, if you need to match a wood stain he is hands down the guy to go too. Ana and Manny are great floor sales consultants as well. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that sometimes it can take awhile to be seen due to how busy the store is.
