Went wednesday night to look for a pvc piece i called ahead of time to ensure they had. Spoke to an employee and he said they had it. 3 people were working in the store and none of them helped me find the piece only told me what lane to find it in and pointed me away. I asked the manager once more and he redirected me to the aisle. Turned out the part i needed was a different one in the wrong place. A lot of the aisle looked empty as well. Been going here for years and staff has never come across as so unwilling to help.

Customer service could be better. Workers didn't take me seriously and dismissed me. I asked for a specific product, showed them a sample of what I needed, and they still gave me something totally different. I made the mistake of not checking and trusting the associate when they compared my sample to the product they had in store. Wasted an hour driving back and forth (traffic) and they blamed me for giving the "wrong" sample (I only had one sample... how was the wrong one given?). Think I'll stick to Home Depot or Lowes lol

I’ve come here a few times. It was really good service. Today no help. Associates disappear. I wanted a list of stuff. Only found one. I scan it and brought it at Amazon for the same price.

Cashier last night was less then helpful luckily the store manager I believe his name was Klay? Might be wrong in any event he saved the day helped me get exactly what I needed literally made my life 10x easier this is my local store good to know management like him is solid and understands customer service

They are WAY overpriced and their selection is pitiful. I used to go to Ace or True Value Hardware over a warehouse store but not anymore. If I'm going to pay top dollar then I'd better get a top dollar selection to choose from and top dollar customer service. That is definitely not what happened. The employees are not trained in types of tools, hardware, construction or even just basic customer service skills. I was literally told "I have no idea" about a product they carry. So there was literally not a single employee in the store who knew anything about the products or what they are used for. 3 seperate times I tried to speak with different employees but it was very clear that they really just wanted me to leave them alone.

Always find what I want and it saves me the agravation of going to Home Depot and deal with people that don't know where anything is.

Date and time of my visit 1/27/2021 time 3:10pm this is the first time ever I experienced poor customer service at this Location. The reason I’m willing to pa a premium fee at ACE warehouse in comparison to Lowe’s or Home Depot is because they are more convenient (neighborhood) business and their great customer service. I found 2 employees in an idle asked the about the plumbing piece I needed and they said I don’t think we have it but if anything go to isle 12. Usually they walk me through, but ok they may have been busy. I could find what I’m looking for. I went to register 2 employees talking and didn’t acknowledge me, I asked “can you please send someone to isle 12. Few minutes later no one showed up. I had to get the attention of another employee in front of painting area. Not good. Hope not having this experience again and that they can team there more engaged.

Mike was very professional and very helpful. I had my transponder keys made at this location. Only thing was that there is only one person that has the skill and ability to do it so had to wait about a week or so. That’s why I’m taking one star away. But had a great experience. Store was clean, prices were competitive with Home Depot merchandise. They sell are sorts of items. Thanks again.
