Amazing customer experience! Lauren and Jenna help me find my online order from last year. They also setup my new orders even though they were not from their store (Milano shirts). So friendly and organized. I will never buy shirts from anywhere else. Great teamwork and energy at this location.

Fantastic place to stock up on men's dress shirts, cashmere sweaters and golf jerseys when they have their big feature sales (usually around a long weekend). The dress shirts can run about half of regular price. Picked up a cashmere sweater (albeit in July) for 70% off! Primarily carry only slim fit shirts but sometimes carry regular so worth checking it out. Also great basic separates for women.

I bought a cashmere sport coat at Brooks Brothers. What else is there to say? The people there were nothing short of awesome. They helped me find the things I like, the sizes that work best, and the materials that satisfy. Great clothes and outstandingly friendly and helpful staff. This is one of my favorite shops at the outlet mall on Niagara Falls Blvd.

Brooks brothers is one of my favorite destinations at the outlet mall...the clothing is of incredible quality with timeless style, not fad items or one hit wonders, but classic fashions that one never tires of. And the icing on the cake is the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the staff! Prices are a bit more, but this is investment clothing, pieces that withstand the test of time. Stop in and be amazed, their fragrances are quite a treat too.

DO NOT GO TO ANY OTHER BROOKS BROTHERS STORE. My experience with this store was well beyond my expectations. If possible, please seek Janelle Civiletto as she definitely sets an extremely high standard with respect to customer service. Purchased 5 suits through Janelle and her correspondence via email was top-notch. Janelle - thank you for all your efforts and defining what superior customer service should be!
