This is the by far best Ralph Lauren store I have been to. Great service and lovely customer service with excellent prices compared to what Canadian Ralph Lauren stores prices are and so is the variety.

There's a great variety of clothes that obviously feeds to the location and the customers. No complaints about the prices, it's to be expected, the email and text coupons help tremendously. As for the associates, a few of them turn their heads when you come around they act like you're bothering them when you ask for help. It's not just the young ones. At this last visit the cashier didn't greet me and looked away the entire time. I don't need a personal relationship with the cashier but they're trained to be engaged with all customers.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However the store's product assortment was a bit off. I was looking for a traditional button-down shirt for big and tall. There were very few shirts in my size. I found only one shirt that had my desired combination of size, fit, fabric and price. And their prices have increased dramatically. Although I got it at a discount, the shirt I purchased had a retail price of $98. Another ordinary button-down shirt had a full retail price of $110.

Had the absolute BEST experience at this location. Francis is absolutely wonderful to shop with. Hands down, one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. He was so incredibly helpful, nice, and went above and beyond.

The clothing is beautiful of course, but it's extremely expensive and only works for sizes XS-XL. Ironically though, the MENS clothing is very inclusive, going up to XXXL. Hmmmm

So I purchased 4 of the bear collection sweaters Which totalled $467 for my family photos. we decided we were going to go with Versace instead so I brought them back To Ralph Lauren. At 1st the total refund came to to 227 so I asked the gentleman why I was only getting That and not the full amount. he calls over the manager and she says well maybe they were returned already let's go back and see because if they're returned already you're not gonna get money back. the whole time all she kept saying is lets make sure they weren't returned already. long story short they ended up giving me my full refund back. After being held up 20 mins so they could figure out money and drawer issues to replace what they have to give me, she decided to finally give me my money and they can figure it out later. She did apologize for making me wait because she said "we don't have that much money in the store" so I said "it's fine I understand" not mentioning How rude it was of her to accuse me of stealing. I'm a black woman so It's easy to be stereotyped. But I'm not an over sensitive person So that's why it was easy for me not to respond to her ignorance. But needless to say customer service was at an all time low. This was 3/4/2020 aprox. 6:27pm
