The cashier was very nice but since I don't speak Spanish it made it difficult for me to communicate with him because he didn't speak English. With the little Spanish I know and the little English he knew, we managed. I just wish they had more than 2 employees working. Other than this the store is always clean, well organized and the employees are polite and try to be helpful.

Ridiculous hour wait through drive thru. You would think they would consider to provide better service given that your waiting for medicine not at happy hour. This is definitely the fault of management NOT staff, as they been understaffed for quite some time. For goodness sakes the pinecrest bakery provides quicker service. The lack of care and service is astonishing.

Only person In drive thru and literally have been waiting in the car for 30 plus mins and I still have not been able to get my prescription for my baby this is unacceptable .... cvs really needs to get it together...

Wish I could give zero stars!!! I went to pick up my son’s prescription and they ask for ID, ok I had an expired ID and a unexpired concealed firearm license and they didn’t want to take it. But they take it in Texas! How does that make sense? Lines are always long and customer service sucks.

This is the worst pharmacy. If it wasn't for the fact that my insurance requires me to fill at CVS I would not use them any more. I have had numerous issues. Today, I waited over an hour for them to answer the phone to refill a prescription that it wouldn't let me fill over the phone. A few months ago when I needed an antibiotic I had the prescription called into this store. They again took forever to answer the line so I went to the store to find out they didn't have the medication in stock and they would have to transfer the prescription to another store. So they transferred it to the one on old cutler. I called that store to see when it would be ready and they said they didn't have it either and they didn't know why this location didn't call them to confirm before sending it to that store. So old cutler sent it back to this store. I tried calling, again to no avail anyone answering. So I drove back up to the store. They found another location in Kendall that had the medication, so they transferred it there. This took all day to resolve, while I had an ear infection and am pregnant. Ridiculous.

Even though I picked up my medications from there twice before, I apparently don't or have ever had any prescriptions here before according to them. Long lines & no real assistance. All Avmed patients coming here from Walgreens BEWARE. I don't know why Avmed dropped Walgreens. I don't think they can handle the inflow of new patients.

First thanks for being open till12 I wish you guys could be open 24h. I just went for medication for my toddler. Lost on the baby hallway didn't found motrin and kindly an employee help me out the gentleman looks like the manager and redirected me an walkme through the right place found everything I needed. I really appreciate the help 🙏. On this hard times where people are going through a lot, is nice to find people willing to help.

Worst pharmacy in Cutler Bay Area. Pharmacist was suppose to transfer medications took 3 days until I went in person and told them off and they did it in 10 min. Rude workers and literally ignore calls right in front of me. Phone rang for 5 min and no one seemed to care until one of the workers got annoyed and finally answer.
