6 Best convenience store in Cutler Bay, Florida (FL) 2024

If I could give a 0 stars I would. We just moved to this area. Our doctor over a week ago sent our prescriptions there. We still do not have our prescriptions there. We have run out of our meds so my wife went there today. I had our doctor call while my wife was there. The doctor office said they keep hanging up. My wife tells them they are calling and they tell her that the pharmacy phone lines have been down for 2 weeks! 2 weeks?!?!? That is unacceptable. In the end the pharmacist was so rude regarding our prescriptions. Saying I can't help. I do not see anything in the system. We offer to have our doctor office get on the phone with them. Pharmacist didn't want to do that either. Walgreens, this is one of the most atrocious customer service experiences we have ever dealt with. And especially with people's medications! ~Gabriel

The cashier was very nice but since I don't speak Spanish it made it difficult for me to communicate with him because he didn't speak English. With the little Spanish I know and the little English he knew, we managed. I just wish they had more than 2 employees working. Other than this the store is always clean, well organized and the employees are polite and try to be helpful. ~Teresa

Everytime I try to shop at this store, its always the same harrassment, Stalkig, Organized Crime Identity Theivies. They all dress in similar ciagang related like my clothing. I dont work for or with any federal agencies. my the parkiglot to the door entrance exit for securitycamera(hr difference daylightsaving)to Appear AS IF together or related WHEN I AM NOT. {That would mean That the police or whom investigate can coverup excuse as confusion mistaken identity; Flip past history. Which would also mean FBI miami NW2Ave part of a coverup & evidence tampering- hijack of federal case yrs back. femal white shirt black pants ball bon black hair double talk to cashier.Cuban Communism box double talk- coffin death threat. Haitian month of AugustE-counterfeit bywatermark prescription gang;(maykel macias : not related but stolen mail & identity of my property AIR rights bogus sideways addresses. falsified Death Certificate for falsified genealogy. Public data diggers proof of identity theft by locals Gem developers(UPS coral gables 1172SDHwy)/whitepages wrong information.Military Gov Corruption because no one gets arrested for these conspiracies. ~Nancy

No fresh coffee, no Cuban coffee. I see only one thermos coffee and is cold, no hot food. This is not a chain owned store, so the variety in coffee and other products is not consistent. If only a Cuban owner will take over please. Very well lit and ample space. When it rains the water drains all over around the fuel isles. ~MARTIN

So before I wrote my review I read some of the others. Yes the ladies are all so very nice. I could see that some or one may seem a little flirty. One thing I can tell you Cubans are very upfront about how they feel. Kindness may be seen as flirtation and some are just flirty. We are not from this area. The last time we visited was around a year and a half ago and we came back. The girls are so sweet and wonderful. Our food tasted absolutely great. They were completely interested in preparing our food correctly. I'm amazed all this is within a gas station/store/restaurant. I was able to eat, purchase a case of water among other beverages. ~CeeCeeLia77

What a horrible experience with the evening shift personal. Fist they do not speak english,, ok. They do not pay attention to what you are asking for or know the products and on top of all the attendant is so disrespectful that talks about me with the other attendant and tells me I didn't say my order correctly, when I had to repeat myself about 7 times. "Two packs of 305 menthol 100" and yes I had to tell her off. Please check on how your customers are treated. You are loosing business. ~Teresita
