Just had the worst experience with who ever is the pharmacist at this time. A man very rude hardly spoke English, which I don’t care, but that doesn’t not give him the right to insult me. All I asked was if they had delivery, and then he asked me where do you live, I said like 4 blocks from you, but I have COVID and I don’t want to go out, so he says well you had antibiotics and a medrol pack picked up, who pick it up for you?!!!😡.

Rude employees! The cashier at night was very nasty to me when I asked about the pharmacy hours and she kept speaking out loud in Spanish with her coworker. Pharmacy hours should be updated I got there at 9:45pm pharmacy was closed but the employees in the pharmacy side were helpful this morning especially the young lady at the register with the beautiful curls.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. We just moved to this area. Our doctor over a week ago sent our prescriptions there. We still do not have our prescriptions there. We have run out of our meds so my wife went there today. I had our doctor call while my wife was there. The doctor office said they keep hanging up. My wife tells them they are calling and they tell her that the pharmacy phone lines have been down for 2 weeks! 2 weeks?!?!? That is unacceptable. In the end the pharmacist was so rude regarding our prescriptions. Saying I can't help. I do not see anything in the system. We offer to have our doctor office get on the phone with them. Pharmacist didn't want to do that either. Walgreens, this is one of the most atrocious customer service experiences we have ever dealt with. And especially with people's medications!

It was late I needed my prescription I went in and Donald and Nikkolas filled my prescription in less than 15 minutes and I was on my way great service!

Terrible service. It's always a huge line in the Pharmacy. I don't matter at what time you go. Only one person in the counter. I looks that they don't care.

This is the WORST! I''ve been trying to call since 9am, and i have no luck getting to anyone. the always just put me on hold without even letting me know. is there a Manager or someone that can actually see this review and do something about it? if anything happens to my health because i am trying to find my medication, i will and TRUST ME, i will get the law enforcement involved. this is ridiculous!!! WORST CUSTUMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!

I arrived at Walgreens for my booster shot at 1:10pm. I’ve been sitting and waiting half hour for someone to check me in for my booster shot. No one has helped and everyone else is slow. I’m still here at 1:53pm when my appointment was at 1:45pm and I still haven’t received it yet. I just want to get the booster shot over with but exactly do that when no one has been able to help me just yet.

Not very crowded just went in for a bottle of wine and a pack of cigarettes and some Ghirardelli chocolate the checkout counter is usually filled with someone with a lot of humor I'm great customer service never have a problem with Walgreens ever

The wait for vaccines or any pharmacy related is pretty lengthy but the people are so very friendly and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable and know how to put a smile on your face even after getting a shot! Very good staff. Highly recommend getting vaccines here!
