The location on 184 st and 147 Ave was built long after I had been living in this area. We had always been delighted customer from day one however over the last few months we have seen the customer service in your deli go south. The staff there now not only do they ignore the customer while they play little games with each other while you have customers waiting to be served but when you tell them to focus on the job they are being paid for rather than playing games they give you attitude and smart @ss remarks. Them management need to pay more attention to this area. Also I have been there at 6 pm to pick up roasted and or fried chicken for dinner and they are all out and will not be making more(really at dinner time) I've been told. I'm sure I am not the only customer that has seen this..

So I went and ordered a sub at the deli section and both the times I’ve been attended by Nicole and William they were both super sweet and helpful, they both made the best subs ever! If u want to eat the best sub ever have either one make it! Definitely come here

Went inside to get some hot food. Love this Publix it's always clean. The girl that attended me was a bit slow since she was new and kept asking her co worker what to do. But I had plenty of patience.

I’m typically not a Karen however, when I experienced such poor customer service I had to inform the public. The lady working at the bakery was extremely disrespectful not only towards my children and I but, other customers as well. The worker rolled their eyes and made annoyed expressions at every request made. She even ignored my child who politely asked for a sprinkled cookie. In all, our experience at this location has immensely impacted our choice of grocery store shopping. This exact Publix location will no longer receive our service.

I am so fortunate to have this Publix within walking distance. This Publix is by far the best in miami. The staff is very attentive and courteous. The store is always clean and organized. It truly makes shopping pleasurable.

So the management at the store have installed a antitheft device for the shopping carts out in the parking lot there are parts of the parking lot in which no matter how far away you are from the sensors that wheels still lock up so now you have a shopping cart full of goods and you can’t move it so there is another Publix on 157th and 152 that’s where I’ll be shopping from now on that is a skate mark that I made with a card trying to move it

Very clean, every single time. Organized and overall well kept. Sometimes the staff is a bit indifferent but it does depend the time you go. Usually I have gone in the afternoons and they don’t say hi sometimes which is weird because the one on 112 by silver palms area everyone always says hi and if ive found everything okay. It’s neither good or bad but I prefer that one on 112.
