Recently bought a hat online from this store. Never recieved the hat because usps said my address was "insufficient". Emailed usps they told me the hat had been returned to sender. Tried to email sneakertown to work out a new shipping address and see if they received the returned hat, but the did not respond, this was a week after the hat had been shipped on their end. Week goes by no response from sneakertown. I send another email no response. Another couple days go by I send one more email, still no response. Its now been two weeks and I haven't heard back from anyone. Hoping this can be resolved, but so far not impressed with the customer service. Update: sent a dm to their Instagram sent another email, still no response. Terrible, terrible service. And just atrocious experience so far. Not one single soul has had the decency to reach out to right this. Shame. Update:BEWARE FOR THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!!! refund was distributed after a month of cat and mouse. What could have been easily solved if customer service would have just made any sort of effort to contact me back. Even after the refund I still hadn't heard from and actual person. The most I got was a standard refund notification email. Sad to say but I would be very careful with ordering anything from Sneakertown. If there are any issues you will not be given the common courtesy of a well ran custom service.

I love the shoes! The experience, not so much. I ordered these shoes online. The website said 5-7 business days for the order to “process.” I waited 7 *business* days and checked the status. It still said “in process.” I called a few times, no answer. The next day, I called and got someone. He told me they had lost the other shoe and had been looking for it. Why that wasn’t communicated to me? I have no idea. He said they had a men’s 5, I ordered the 5.5, I asked if that would work for a 7 in womens. He said yes, turns out this is a no. The guy was really nice, I’ll admit that. He told me I could swap them if they were too small. They were a little snug for my liking. I called for 2 days straight, no answer. I emailed, no answer. So I guess I’ll just wear them and try to stretch them out 😂 My advice? If you can’t physically go to their storefront and you don’t feel totally confident in your shoe size, I wouldn’t order from them.

Shipped 1 day after I placed the order! No one else does that for me so far! BUT, the double box come in smashed up that even the actual shoe box was need to b taped up so the sneaker won’t drop out of the box! First time & the last time with these guys.

You all are horrible, I brought some sneakers that were a men size that didn't state it on the web site. I cant get a refund nor exchange being that theres no size for women in that particular sneaker . I dont like anything else on the web site at all, Thanks for nothing

So I have made 2 orders from them first one everything was perfect made a second order that unfortunately the item was sold out & took a little time for them to reply and make things right but they did. My order was only 30$ but they have alot of things I want to order from them so I was more mad thinking I found a site that had a bunch of fire clothes but wasn't going to be able to order from, but now they made things right so I will be trying my luck to order from them again. I did read alot of bad reviews but it seems they have changed from before which I'm glad to see cause alot of their stuff I can't find anywhere else! Appreciate you guys making things good!

I received my shoes fast. I had to return one pair I emailed and called just to find out information about my return. I just don't like not being able to communicate with the store. Update: Just talk with someone very professional, and she answered my questions promptly
