Best boutique in Miami, Florida (FL) 2024

I love the shoes! The experience, not so much. I ordered these shoes online. The website said 5-7 business days for the order to “process.” I waited 7 *business* days and checked the status. It still said “in process.” I called a few times, no answer. The next day, I called and got someone. He told me they had lost the other shoe and had been looking for it. Why that wasn’t communicated to me? I have no idea. He said they had a men’s 5, I ordered the 5.5, I asked if that would work for a 7 in womens. He said yes, turns out this is a no. The guy was really nice, I’ll admit that. He told me I could swap them if they were too small. They were a little snug for my liking. I called for 2 days straight, no answer. I emailed, no answer. So I guess I’ll just wear them and try to stretch them out 😂 My advice? If you can’t physically go to their storefront and you don’t feel totally confident in your shoe size, I wouldn’t order from them. ~Spenser
