Had the most amazing experience at this location. I was helped by Alex and I would recommend him to everyone. Amazing very very knowledgeable great person. At first I thought he was the manager as during my time there everyone there came to him asking question and advice… he was very knowledgeable and knew how to explain everything! All 10s!!

The employees at this store are out of this world. Lisette and Sebastian truly made going into a retail store not a bad experience. I for one hate socializing when I know a lot of my questions can be answered online. Every time I come to this store Lisette and Sebastian make me feel super welcome and are always open to all my questions. They make getting a phone exciting and pain free. Not only do they know their stuff but they are super quick. If you want to get a phone and be in and out they are your go to people. All the other employees in the store are great as well, not only do they all help each other out but they all make being in the store a fun place to be with all their jokes and up lifting spirits. By far my favorite store.

It was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Two of the things Iove and expect from retail servants. Buying new phones, houses, and cars are very tedious but ,every once in a while you get this. Thanks guys!

Clinton is awesome!!! Ask for him and also Ralffy. Awesome team. If I could give a millions stars - I would . All international tourists or Asian visitors must come to this store for all their phone needs. Beyond excellent customer service. T Mobile should give them a promotion ASAP or other phone service will snatch these 2 loyal team members.

They will add values to your life and no Headaches. Was wondering why other companies don’t steal them. T mobile need to give them a raise ASAP. ⛩🎆🏆♥️

The staff is super helpful and efficient. They always help me out with any issues, even the mosto complicated ones. I've been a customer for 5 years. Denise, the store manager, is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. She takes great pride in helping customers and she is one of the reasons why I am such a loyal customer. Thank you to all the staff for helping me out!!!

Really awesome staff. I came into the store with 2 hours to go before my flight to JFK and asked if they could help me upgrade my phone in time for me to make it to the airport. The store associate Bradley was incredibly helpful and made the promise smooth and as quick as possible. I've been to many T-Mobile stores throughout the years but here I felt like the staff actually cared about my situation and really wanted to help me get the best phone. A huge thank you again to Bradley for helping me make my flight with my new iPhone XS!
