I went in to upgrade my iPhone to 13 Squirrel the sales representative walks past me greets the customer behind me and while I am waiting for someone to attend no one cares I go to a support he looks around asking if anyone is free apparently no one is free or interested. So he approaches Squirrel the rep and she says she is busy and greets another customer. Clear case of judging customer by the sales representative in my case it was Squirrel. I was a serious buyer and they lost my business

Pablo is lazy. Doesn’t wanna do his job. Put me on the phone instead of trying to help told me to call 611. He easily could’ve helped me because Naomi did. She was amazing and efficient and cared about my problem. Ask for anyone else but him or go to a different store all together.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. THE manager and people there are LAZY. I don't understand how the company can hire people that don't care about customer service. The manager was extremely rude on the phone and instead of trying to understand my situation, she put me on hold WHILE I was talking to her, and said she's gonna pass me to another manager so she can deal with me. They never picked up the phone again! Seems like my problem was too complicated for her and she did not want to deal with it. What was craziest about this encounter was that she didn't even hide how rude she was! DON'T COME HERE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE LAZY MANAGERS.

My service experience was good here. HOWEVER, I am 95% sure this is where I contracted Covid from. All of the employees had their masks either as chin straps, or not covering their noses. Some had no mask in sight, and it was the same for all the customers who were in at the time I was there (except for me). I had a technical issue and it required me to spend over an hour in this store. It’s the only occasion where I was near people who weren’t wearing masks in the week prior to testing positive. I am double vaccinated, but I still got quite sick. PLEASE enforce mask wearing among your staff and patrons. Lives are on the line.

It wasn't so very good this time I mean the the girl representative she was kind of nice at first but as soon as I disagreed with her about one point or two she kind of lost all respects and I was hardly insulted inside the store and ignored basically silence in thrown away. Total opposite to this sad experience this morning I had a beautiful experience a few days ago and the same location it's just was a different T-Mobile representative she was highly friendly she showed the very high qualities as a very high sense of understanding and communicating her point of views and various specs for and about doing your job the best you could and looking forward to a better opportunities which I believe she highly qualified for I believe it would be very smart initiative from T-Mobile to have Ashley the best position it suits her and it will be good for the company and for her as well because she's waiting all her talents all her time in retail while she could be doing T-Mobile some real good

Did not meet customer service expectations. I was trying to finance some AirPods on my account and forgot my ID at work. I had already verified my account, I had a picture of my ID with me, and was hoping they would make an exception as I’ve been a client for several years now. Not only did I lose out on half an hour of my break, but the associates didn’t even try to find a solution. The Manager really said “I’m not gonna lose my job over this” which was totally unnecessary to even say. I’m really disappointed because I also work in customer service, and I personally always do my best to find a solution or AT least show empathy, not completely be dismissive and say things like that. I’ve been to other T-Mobile stores that have shown exceptional service, but this store just gave me a different perspective on the company.

I was here to add a line to my T-Mobile business account. The staff was extremely helpful. Naomi gave me a lot of very helpful information and supported me picking the best area code for my business. It was super interesting getting all that inside into NYC area code history and market reputation. Thank you. Also... i was very pleased that the store was not overcrowded on a Saturday afternoon.

I'm surprised at all of the bad reviews. I've been going here for the last few years and my experience has always been very good. It's true that there are a lot of tourists that go here and take forever on line, but that's not the store's fault. Every time I get a new phone I go in and ask a bunch of questions, and the staff is always very helpful.

Friendly and helpful group of employees, this is the usual store I go to when I need a T-Mobile retail location. Staff is relatively knowledgeable, though mainly with the more popular phones, which aren't always the better phones in my opinion. Still though, I recently had one of the staff who was unable to help me with an old accessory, who recommended a few other stores which would carry it. I respect that kind of response, and will continue to be going here when I need to make an in-person visit.
