1 good experience and 2 terrible ones. First off, they are understaffed. Don't bother calling because they don't pick up. 1st visit, a nice and helpful young lady was working and I was in and out of the store in minutes. 2nd visit, I bought a couple of preowned games and had to wait 40 minutes in line to check out - broken scanner, then painful upselling to each customer - there were only like 2 people in front of me... 3rd visit, wanted to refund prp and arrived 1.25 hours before store closing. There was a sign that said "be back in 40 mins". The time came up, a young man came out, deliberately not making eye contact. After 5-10 mins, he puts up a sign saying sorry, we're closed... I ended up washing the receipt that had the PRP on it... Wasted $50 and 50 mins. They also add the warranty w/o asking, which is predatory and super sketchy. Just buy online - this place doesn't deserve your business.

Without a doubt one of the most horrifically abysmal gamestops, or rather stores in general, I’ve ever had the displeasure of being in. The staff is unkind and dingy, they let the town crackhead hang out behind the counter, stinking up the store and dictating who is allowed in the store and who isn’t. I’ve worked in retail before and as far as I know, customers aren’t allowed behind the counter (let alone unclean ones.) Items are all disheveled and all over the place. They should have left the store in the JV mall open and closed this horror show.q Would not take my business there if my life depended on it, absolute joke of a store.

Older guy working the counter tacked on a warranty to my purchase when I didn't ask for one. I get you have to make a quota or commission or whatever, but come on, that's a super shady business practice. Totally trying to exploit people who don't know better. Will probably avoid this location from now on.

I went to this GameStop location today to pickup a preorder and was helped by the manager, Georgia. She was so helpful and answered all of my questions and even helped me find a used game I had been looking for, for what seems like forever! I’ve been coming to this location for years and have always been treated so well by the staff, but this girl went above and beyond to help me tonight and I really appreciated her help.

Preordered MLB with this store a few months ago and they held my copy for me. After reading reviews it seems like some people might have been trying to purchase the game I preordered…I’m glad that the team here held to their guns and didn’t sell it on me! Thank you!! My son is very happy to have the last copy :) if you want a game…preorder! Simple as that! Thank you Mike for the amazing customer service as well!

Georgia Loves to charge unwanted Fees. This is Predatory and unscrupulous business practice. (Beware This store is notorious for charging you unwanted fees without asking permission Totally illegal.) Was very Rude to me and my ten year old. Your a Sad excuse. Get some help Georgia

Waited on line to check out behind 1 customer for 20 minutes while the manager ignored us instead of checking us out then after getting to register being told the game was unavailable even tho cashier said there was one available manager said they were saving that one UNBELIEVABLE be nice if cooperate did something about this store especially with all the 1 star reviews. Shop elsewhere

The manager who works on Thursday's at 5PM told me "I have to figure out for myself" an item in another store he didn't want to check to see if the other locations had it. His name is either George or Gregory. Totally lazy and totally doesn't know what costumer service is. Hands down the most lazy manager I have met!

The young lady behind the counter was awesome, letting me know that if I didn't like how my new game was playing ( Battlefield 2042) was playing I could return it. She was caring for me the customer! Not the gaming company! Thank you!

Actively holds limited release items for employees or friends. Literally witnessed the manager store away half of a release day product then claim only 3 were available. This is despite a 6 person line before opening… shady.
