Terrible experience at this location!! I will NEVER go back to this chipotle! My pregnant fiancée ordered a rice bowl for delivery and they gave her a bowl of cheese mixed with sour cream. I went to the location to get a refund and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. They told me to call the customer service number because they couldn’t help me… After expressing my dissatisfaction and demanding to speak with the manager, Jennifer Heady, very rudely told me to leave the premises and threatened to contact the police department. Words cannot describe how POORLY I was treated at this establishment. There is NO excuse for this level of service and Chipotle should be embarrassed to call this location a representation of their franchise. If I could give negative stars I would!

Most unprofessional chipotle location you’ll ever go to. There have been many instances where laziness is present. On one occasion they shut down the mobile ordering at 8:30 when closing time is at 10pm. Most recently I went to the location at 2pm and they were closed meanwhile workers were inside in the kitchen.

I usually go through the drive thru but the last 3 orders were wrong so I decided to inside. All I can say is this place is gross. Food everywhere, counters disgusting, people not changing their gloves. I stood there and watch for five minutes in disbelief. Absolutely horrendous. I couldn’t believe my eyes. It should be zero stars but in order to post my comment I had to pick 1 star. Before you order go inside and take a look around.

I stopped by here for take out and the line was out the door. Inside the restaurant was not clean and the food, what little was available didn't look appetizing. This was my one and only visit and I have not been back since.. buyer beware...

Service was great. They give discounts to law enforcement and military service members. Food is alright just like any other Chipotle. Plenty of seats. Line varies but could get pretty long during lunch.

Usually don’t leave reviews but at this point I’m so over it. Countless times I have ordered and have been given joke proportions for the money I have paid. Whenever I order to pick up from the window they skimp out on the food, and occasionally mess up the order all together. Tonight I ordered lettuce instead of guac for a topping and after picking up from the window and getting home I was greeted with 4 shriveled up old pieces of spinach on top of my thrown together lumpy food. Unfortunately it’s not even just this chipotle, most of the ones around this area display the same level of quality. Time to spend elsewhere or find more time to cook at home.

Filthy, disgusting! Food smeared on all tables, floor dirty and strewn with litter. Food assembly sloppy. The three tacos in a pouch looked like a taco salad with all ingredients everywhere. Has anyone gotten sick from eating here?

It’s the only Mexican restaurant around. Food is good. They need more help to serve more customers. Also they ran out of guacamole fast and no plans to refresh it which makes me not happy. The place needs more la our to clean and fill the missing items

0 stars! By far the worst chipotle. Everything is cold and taste like Soap, Clorox and just Dirtiness. Stomach pains tonight..I highly recommend not using same gloves to wash floors, clean dishes, handle cash, and food. It would make sense to use spoons to scoop food, do not stick funky fingers into the food to make burritos and than scratch head, pull up pants and use registers and than clean. 2nd recommend all new staff, looks like everyone is on the same boat, and that boat is uncleanliness and dirty old food. 3rd take note of the humans walking in to order food, it’s OK to make eye contact, say hello and take orders… so many more bad things to comment on But first is cleaniness.
