The staff always look absolutely miserable and seem like they hate their job. The turnover tells you that must be the case, because there is never the same people working there anytime you go in. Terrible selection of women's shoes. They never have the size/style I go in looking for. The only reason we occasionally go there is my son has pretty good luck finding sneakers in his size.

I was just in there today looking for new work boots for myself and a pair for my son who's been asking for boots as well. I didn't have issues finding what I was looking for however the 2 people working in the store had absolutely 0 concern for the customers. I was not greeted when I walked in although they both were standing there, not once was I asked if I needed help while I was browsing knowing that they only keep 1 boot in the box and they would have to go get the other boot from the back. I grabbed a pair for me and my son totaling over $200 went up to the register to pay and get the other boots from the back and both workers stood in the aisle talking about Walmart and lowes and watched me stand there at the register but continued to have a conversation and ignore the fact that I was standing there. Yes I understand I could have asked for them to come check me out but I dont feel like it's the customers job to ask an associate to ring you out. So in result after standing there for 20 minutes I left the boots on the counter and walked out the door so they lost a sale of over $200 dollars. Will never give my business to a place like this nor will I recommend this place to anybody I know.

My husband needed dress boots and we traveled there which takes us about an hour round trip. We had an important event to go to and when he returned home, they placed 2 of the same pair (2 rights). I know everyone makes mistakes but I was upset I wont lie. We had an hour to get to where we needed so he drove back. I called and asked for the manager. Jamel, answered. I told him that my husband was on the way, and was trying to tell him he would Not let me get a word in and talked over me. He then was aggressive and said "I'm sorry about what happened..." when I stated "but sorry doesn't ..." and just as I was about to finish he hung up on me. I called again.. He hung up on me again. I waited and called and stated "are your going to hang up on me or let me finish my sentence. He yelled at me "your not going to curse me out". ...hung up on me. I was blown away by the very aggressive rude unprofessional If a customer is upset. You clearly should listen first. Without yelling at them or hanging up on them. I don't know what this person constitutes as a Cursing...no one cursed at him. When my husband got there. He was heard saying "that's the husband of the lady who called' ...he never approached to apologize and in fact purposely had him wait. I am so upset by this I will continue to speak to his supervisor since I couldn't express the importance of checking shoes before one leaves...as we ended up having to cancel a paid event.
