God awful 😖 customer service. My cable box went out and would not power on. I took the box back to the store and the associates waited until I signed in to kick my wife and I out the store saying they were close. We are completely done with spectrum.

Not at all as advertised. Cable is out on a regular bases and the same with the internet. Seems like there always are issues in my neighborhood, they are always “working to get it fixed”. Wish I could get some other service provider but unfortunately the only other options available is dish and apparently that’s not any better.

Excellent customer service especially Regina, very friendly very knowledgeable and makes sure u understand what to do before u leave. All done with a wonderful personality and smile. I would wait in line for her, she took lessons from Chick-fil-A ‼️

Three stars was generous. The people on the phone told me to go tithe store and I can get a new modem we'll drove all the way there for them to tell me they don't have any. I can't seem to find a telephone number to the store so I won't have to waste another trip to go out there again. The guy there tells me he can't promise me a modem so I have to take a chance again. REALLY!!!! NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. THEY SPENT ALOT OF OUR MONEY ON THE DECOR THOUGH

It's raining which means Spectrum internet does not work. Funny I thought rain only caused problems with satellite. TERRIBLE CONNECTIVITY. Took 5 minutes to get connected long enough to write this review. I have never encountered such terrible internet. Even dial up was better than Spectrum.

Spectrum has a self service payment machine. So why is it customers who are not visiting for Cellurar, internet, home phone or cable services still have to wait outside for 30min up to an hour just to make a 5 min payment. Not to mention every buisness has a maximum occupancy based on their square footage. Spectrum still is enforcing only 2 customers at a time.
