So I went in this morning to get a radiator cap. The store manager rung me up. I asked him if there was anyone that could help me take off the cap because it was broken. He replied no take it to a mechanic shop. Ok so I asked if he had a screwdriver or something to take the cap off. Mind you there is clearly a sign in the Window that says Loaner Tools....anyway the store manager says I will have to look. I'm like cmon a screwdriver. I say you know what nevermind and I walk out the store. One of the workers walk over and say can I help you. He looks at my problem pulls out his pocket knife and pops out my cap. The store manager walks out and yells at him saying if that thing blows up in your face the company is not gonna pay you. I get that he was putting the company first. But had he not been so nasty and took the time to actually look he would have seen that the cap was already off and that he was helping me put the new one on. Auto Zone the guy that actually helped me should be the manager. Your current manager needs to learn people skills, attitude control, customer service, and respect for his elders. I will not be returning. I feel sorry for the big gentleman that helped me on this morning. ~Monae
