I only rented a car from them some years ago, But I'm so afraid to go there now. Because of what I have seen on the news. People being locked up for face arrest.

George and his crew are good people. If they didn’t have what I needed, he definitely upgraded me to the next level depending on availability, most times with the same quoted price on the category that I reserved. But if they dont/didn’t have it, then they just didn’t have it. Not their fault at this location, I just blame corporate completely.

When everything missed up...and you fined yourself in the middle of nowhere. .when there is no rental around but Only Hertz...they got the job done even with some delay but you get a rental car with Hertz.

Definitely Deserving of 5 stars, when I really needed to drive 5 hours home, the staff welcomed me with kindness, and quickly and easily had Me off on my way in a clean and well kept Vehicle. I don't usually go out of my way to give reviews, but I had to show my gratitude.

Made a reservation on Monday to pickup a car for Thursday evening at 6:00 pm so I could drive to Florida for a meeting on Friday. Showed up at 4:30 and they told me to come back at 6:00 (time of my reservation). Okay. Came back at 6:00....and was told they don't have a car for me. Of course they don't. I guess reserving four days in advance isn't enough notice to get a car in these days of "no customer service". Oh well...I just had to laugh. What do you expect from Hurts and the cesspool of Orangeburg.

Always great. Clean nice cars. The Detailer Charles does an awesome job. Great counter service from both Brittany and Isiah. Great Attitude and Friendly service. Everytime you walk in its a "super-fantastic" experience. Been coming to this location 5 years now. Will continue as long as they allow me. Oh and last but certainly not least, Manager George Richardson is incredible at running his store. You gotta respect this man's patience and ability to stay calm no matter the situation or stressor. Always with the best attitude.

These guys are awesome! Our Jeep broke down on the way back from the beach. Called Hertz from the rest area where our Jeep was "resting," and got a quote on a car, after explaining the situation. Got to the rental place and was back out the door with keys in no time flat! When I came back a couple of days later to drop off, they even gave me a ride to the garage where our Jeep was healed -- above and beyond!

George and his staff are great! Every time my sister needed a rental, she'd call George. So when my husband and I needed a rental, we called George. The entire staff was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Hertz is the only place we go, or refer anyone to, to rent a car.

The employees were tremendous. In summary, one gentleman was willing to work a little after closing to make sure I had a car to get home after my personal car broke down. Upon my return of the rental car, the employees were willing to assist me to reach my final destination. They were all cordial and they made my ordeal more pleasant. I'll use Hertz again because of this location's employees.

We rented a Jeep & just did not sound right mileage was not good, took it back before we left on our trip & Hertz gladly gave us another one. George is very accommodating to his customers. Thank you again George & staff.
