Justin was very knowledgeable and understanding although he was unable to assist me with my equipment return as their policy had recently changed. Their phone support told me that I could either take the set-top box and remote to the Spectrum store or to UPS. They now only allow you to return via UPS. I could see that Justin had explained this to countless customers prior to me but was still empathetic to my situation. I totally appreciated that. It's rare to find a compassionate representative in any retail environment but especially not so much in the cable industry. Thanks, Justin!

Grand waste of time trying to upgrade a phone. Bait and switch tactics for a trade in and incompetent staff. Very polite but skill set is a bit challenging.

Staff are wonderful, know their technology and processes to get things done! Negative: the store looks like a throwback to the 80’s with lots of space for products and waiting areas BUT once you get to the counter it’s another story. Reps sitting at very small desks, customers STAND (we stood at the counter for 90 minutes transferring two phones to spectrum. My legs were aching bad.). Not only are the reps cramped into small desks, but they are not separated by 6 ft, but cramped side by side. I had to listen to the adjacent reps working with their customers…I’m sure they were listening to my business as well. The reps are forced to work with very small screen (iPad like) and have difficulty focusing. Very uncomfortable! I hope cellular service is a lot better.

I went to the Spectrum store to set up service at a new home we purchased. It was an extensive set-up and I worked with Felicia Redmond and she was fantastic! The store was very busy as noted in other reviews but the staff was competent and worked efficiently. Due to COVID you checked in and waited to be called. I did notice after arriving you can make a reservation in advance and highly recommend doing so.

I arrived this morning at my appointment time with our spectrum equipment. There were only two of us waiting when they opened, and both of us wanted to return equipment. A woman opened the door, and told us that they do not accept returned equipment anymore, and that we have to drive to UPS so that UPS can pack it up and send it to spectrum. 🤔 We also pay for shipping, by the way. When I arrived at UPS and told the lady there what spectrum had said, she said that it’s not true that spectrum can’t accept the equipment. Spectrum Hilton Head employees simply don’t want to do it. So they send everyone to UPS. Lazy, lazy, lazy. It took UPS about 2 or 3 minutes.

There is only one location. We went there to get our cable boxes and modem. We were #16 in line. There were only 2 employees who worked their fingers to the bone. They were so nice despite being exhausted. We waited over an hour. Basic problem was that people were returning equipment that was supposed to go elsewhere.

This place is unbelievably busy people have been here waiting for 2 hours and longer with no help . The 2 people behind the counter are chit chatting with the people they are with showing no since of urgency what so ever. They just keep complaining about the fact they have to be here by their self🙄not trying to finish effectively so everyone can get there problems solved. Lime we are supposed to feel sorry for them and they are getting paid for it!! I should be paid for it! Craziest Customer service ever! I will switching to att because of this! 😡🤬

I had nothing but trouble with this company. For 2 months the internet continually dropped, the they sent clowns to the house 3 times! Once they had 3 clowns here at the same time, with no solution? I took the router back got a new one, still nothing? Finally, I took the router back and closed the account. This was back in July. Out of the blue with no notice I get a bill from a collection agency saying I owed them $81 and change?? If you have other options, DO NOT use this company! They are the worst! And their service is beyond worst. Stay away.
