Justin was very knowledgeable and understanding although he was unable to assist me with my equipment return as their policy had recently changed. Their phone support told me that I could either take the set-top box and remote to the Spectrum store or to UPS. They now only allow you to return via UPS. I could see that Justin had explained this to countless customers prior to me but was still empathetic to my situation. I totally appreciated that.
