The associates at the Lake Wales pharmacy were very helpful and friendly. I had a situation with lost medication that could not be billed to insurance again as it was just filled a week before. The pharmacist, Harish was extremely helpful in finding a way to get the medication at a discounted price, saving me more than $50 out of pocket. The other 2 associates working, Alexus and Yari were very helpful in processing the transaction. I appreciate their help and would definitely recommend this pharmacy. We have been using this location for 5 years when we are here in the winter months. They have communicated with my PCP and pharmacy back home when needed. Thank you all for your help today, you are appreciated!

Would not recommend having your pain medication sent here. They have some policy that only allows you a certain amount and said they will only give me 18 out of my script of 36. I'm sorry but since when is the pharmacy your doctor and decides how much medication you get. I've just been cut open. The doctor gave me a specific script for a reason.

Thought I would give them a try for one month not good. Staff is rude. I tried to get losartan potassium refilled two weeks ago. Was told no again and I am out so they checked and filled it. I called last night to ask if 4 scripts my doctor sent in last month were ready. They said they were. Today they were not ready.

I could I would just gave them none star at all. David at from the Pharmacy was so rude when he mention that he could not called a pharmacy over at Puerto Rico when I did not even mention Puerto Rico at all. I figure he discriminated me because of my accent. What a shame!

This is the worst service ever. I dropped off a prescription yesterday and it's still not ready. Long waits in the store and to try to get them on the phone is even worse.you shouldn't have to wait 24 hours to get your meds

By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. David miller, the pharmacist is rude and unprofessional! I was standing in line just before 1:30 (when apparently they close for lunch which I was unaware of), he preceded to shout at me through the pharmacy window in front of other customers and start an argument. I will no longer be receiving my prescription from this pharmacy.
