Worst experience ever with a out of state prescription. The pharmacist was even rude. Doctor sent proper documentation and received confirmation and they kept saying they didn't get it.

Your Manager Megan Burke is the most unprofessional individual I have came in contact with today. I showed up with a delivery and she would not unload until the broker got in contact. She yanked everything off of my van rough when the packaging said fragile. She opened the packaging and left everything on my van including the pallet. Then she closed the roll up door hastily so that I could not give her her trash along with the pallet. So rude she would not even give me her name for almost an hour. She even mocked everything I was saying for example. She tried to get me to unload and I said ma’am I’m a driver I would have to be paid to unload. She said “I would have to be paid to unload” in a child like voice. Get this… the delivery was addressed to “Manager”. But she gave me the run around for almost an hour knowing good well she is the person the delivery was addressed to. She just did not want to unload.

This pharmacy is the MOST incompetent dummies I’ve EVER had to deal with. You wait on hold for hours just to be hung up on multiple times, they can’t even fill a simple script for diabetic supplies and then make you waste your time coming in when they don’t even have what they said they were going to give you!! Ridiculous.

The worst service to the customer that I have received since I live in Florida. Both employees of the pharmacy without respect saying returns to Mexico because one is Hispanic. Through this Covid-19 pandemic and treat patients or customers badly. With negative attitudes, all because it is requested to speak with a manager because they had been delayed with the prescription more than 1 hour. This action must be corrected immediately. Not recommend this pharmacy in everything

This is the worst pharmacy! I have been using them for year, only because I have no other choice due to my insurance provider. 99.9% of the time my RX is never ready when promised. If you have to call and speak to someone I hope you have blocked at least 45 min to an hour because you will be on hold, EVERYTIME, and cross your fingers that after holding for eons when they finally pick up they don’t have up on you and you have to start the process all over again. I can’t speak for CVS as a whole but the one in Lake Wales on 11th street, avoid if at all possible!!!!!!

Had to ask them to mail my husband's prescription 3 times! Waited a week, called back because the meds still were not here, THEY NEVER MAILED THEM. These are psych meds for schizophrenia and antibiotics, not something to be played around with. I am very disappointed in this CVS.

This is the worst pharmacy! I have been using them for year, only because I have no other choice due to my insurance provider. 99.9% of the time my RX is never ready when promised. If you have to call and speak to someone I hope you have blocked at least 45 min to an hour because you will be on hold, EVERYTIME, and cross your fingers that after holding for eons when they finally pick up they don’t have up on you and you have to start the process all over again. I can’t speak for CVS as a whole but the one in Lake Wales on 11th street, avoid if at all possible!!!!!!

Had to ask them to mail my husband's prescription 3 times! Waited a week, called back because the meds still were not here, THEY NEVER MAILED THEM. These are psych meds for schizophrenia and antibiotics, not something to be played around with. I am very disappointed in this CVS.

Nobody picks up the phone for absurd amounts of time. The automatic voice prompt says to go to cvs.com for quicker service, so I tried to go online to do Rx delivery. No luck. Called corporate. 2 hours on the phone to consolidate and set up an account from a second 10 year old account I apparently had in GA for CVS.com in the hopes of setting up Rx delivery. After all of this BS, CVS.com requests me to call the local pharmacy for delivery. Total run around. With GoodRx I can get my medicine just a few dollars more from publix. I will likely be switching to not deal with this type of stuff monthly. If I could rate all of CVS as an organization at 1 star, I would.
