My husband made the the appointment due to me being in pain, they were booked out but worked miracles to get me in the next day. Upon arriving they were friendly and courteous, and very kind towards my dilemma. They had to take an x-ray which caused extreme pain and the poor girl was trying her best to make sure she was not adding to my discomfort. Vanessa the young lady that was helping us was calling around to get us into a specialist the next day using her own personal phone to get things done. When it came to the end of the visit she even help my husband and I apply for care credit in order to pay for everything. I was approved for more than the cost of the procedures but she only applied for what was needed. That means a lot. They treated me with respect and dignity and not like a walking money bag. They cared for my health and they cared for my well-being. The staff there is comforting they were all polite and friendly and that is why we will be going to them from now on for all dental care. The office in Lake Wales is almost an hour drive and there is one closer to us, but they will forever be the place we go to. ~Cheri

Absolutely the worst location. Management needs to retrain these people. 2 weeks told we could get a Rx for simple prednisone. Had to go to Hwy 27 location they sure have their act together on highway 27. Run from Hwy 60 location We got it first day at Hwy 27. Beware don’t go to Hwy 60 location RIDICULOUS ~Jennifer

Worst experience ever with a out of state prescription. The pharmacist was even rude. Doctor sent proper documentation and received confirmation and they kept saying they didn't get it. ~William

The associates at the Lake Wales pharmacy were very helpful and friendly. I had a situation with lost medication that could not be billed to insurance again as it was just filled a week before. The pharmacist, Harish was extremely helpful in finding a way to get the medication at a discounted price, saving me more than $50 out of pocket. The other 2 associates working, Alexus and Yari were very helpful in processing the transaction. I appreciate their help and would definitely recommend this pharmacy. We have been using this location for 5 years when we are here in the winter months. They have communicated with my PCP and pharmacy back home when needed. This pharmacy doesn't look like much when you walk in, but the service is great. What I love about this place is that you can talk to your pharmacist and staff. The friendliness and concern, once you get to know one another and develop a relationship, it's what makes a more pleasant shipping experience. ~Irene

First time there. Recommended by friend. Spent an hour but needed more. It's was like Christmas to me. I'm so happy now. Gentleman at the register was pleasant too. Stock person in back feeding live Chickens and Bunnies was helpful. The bird seed is excellent compared to all others. No wasting it . The other brands I bought from nasty store was only have eaten by birds. No more wasting my hard earned cash. ~Gregory

The Hone Depot has a regular sale on vynl flooring which includes the service. Because I signed up for a credit card I got $100 off my flooring. The whole job for a small room was under 1K. ~Janice

I wanted to share my experience yesterday at this Publix. The employee Neal was so helpful and He went far & beyond to assist me for finding a product, I really appreciate it. Charlotte the cashier at checkout had me laughing, I truly needed a good laugh. They both brighten my day.
