This is my tool heaven, from solar panels, wrenches, air compressors, all the way down to duct tape. The employees are friendly, and always low prices. I got a 7 x 9 tarp for $3.99 today.

I like Harbor Freight but this last time was not the greatest. This is NOT the fault of the store. When in looking for an insert for a tool box draw. Nope not there. When looking for degreaser. Nope not there. Went looking for a 100 ft hose. Nope not there. I did get the last pair of c-clip pliers so not all bad. Again this is NOT the fault of the store. I will go back. The people are friendly and helpful.

I love how they have different levels of quality tools that Come With A LIFETIME GUARANTEED REPLACEMENT IF ANYTHING GO WRONG THAT YOU DONT LIKE ABOUT IT JUST COME AND GO POLICY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE AT THIS LOCATION JUST CANT BE COMPARED TO BY ANY OTHER

You buy a crappie tool, it doesn’t work you buy another one at Home Depot than you bring it back to Harbor Freight Tools and they will charge a restocking fee. $20 for making me spend 30 minutes and the manager has attitude. I spent over $3,000 last year and they just lost my business. PS. I’m calling AMEX and will get my $20 back. Is not the amount, but the principal.

Ah Harbor Freight. My husband loves this store. Its a great option for folks not wanting to make the trip to Home Depot. It is also a good place to save money. The clerks are helpful when asked or at checkout. They will not come find you to see if you need help but I'm good with that. There are always neat surprise finds in this store like cool toys etc. You will not find wood or other similar materials in Harbor Freight. No gardening items either. It is a tool store. You'll find good basic tools here and even some things like different kinds of Saws and tool chests/carts at great prices. I got a really good quality step stool here for 20 bucks. They have great coupons and deals to save even more. Download their coupon app to save a few extra bucks.

Place with cheap tools. We went here for zip ties after just being hit by another car and needed to strap the bumper back up until insurance can repair. Always clean in here and staff always willing to help if you need it.
