The lady who helped me for fitting room was nice. However a tall blonde lady was extremely rude. However I get it’s there job to upswell but they don’t have to be pushy when I already no to the jeans and the shirts. I asked for a dressing room to try on ONE SHIRT. After being annoyed and pushed around I decided to leave. Katie was super sweet and nice but the tall lady really got on my nerves. So I’ll leave two stars for Katie but I’m never returning here again.

A bit on the pricey side however you can easily see why in the unique high end style of there clothing. Worth it to have at least a few thing in the wardrobe that stand out. Love the store!

This is my favorite Buckle store to shop at!! The associates are amazing and friendly! three ladies that were super kind to my family and I! And helped us with a return and helped me find what I was looking for. Give this staff raises! They are awesome!

The older blonde sales lady was way to pushy. I appreciate the hustle but sometimes I would like to shop by myself without having someone breathing down my neck the whole time trying to convince me to buy something. My boyfriend also was shopping and told her multiple times he didn’t need pants but she kept insisting he just looked at them with her.

Rock Revival jeans look so awesome on me! If I go by one I always stop to see if they have my size in jeans. Cool clothes and a perfect fit for me in my mid-life crisis. Ha.

Is this the only normal store left! Isaiah (sorry if I murdered your name) was the best shopping helper EVER! He was funny and knew the store well. He quickly greeted every customer and tuned in to what they were interested in. No pressure just fun and knowledgeable. Really appreciate that kind of service in these awkward times.

I came to the mall to look for some new jeans. I am really picky about how they fit me. I've had 1 pair of Buckle jeans for 6 years. Since they lasted so long I decided to try out Buckle again. As I walked in the store the staff are super friendly and very willing to help. I loved that Kaila (Buckle employee) helped me pick out jeans and tops! I was only looking for jeans but her selection on a few tops was great. So I couldn't pass them up. Their prices are quite high, but their clothes do last a long time. The jeans here are made nicer and the stitching is unique. They have different styles of jeans also. Such as low rise, flare bottoms, boot cut, relaxed fit, ect. I cant stand the places that only carry skinny or boot cut jeans. Buckle jeans all fit comfortably. If you are will to spend $50-$90 per pair. They are well worth it.
