Why does every single Starbucks have like the worst parking lots to ever exist? Not a very good design to not be able to use 3/4th of the parking spaces because they are constantly being blocked by the drive thru line... This isn't unique to this Starbucks, this is the case for literally every Starbucks you go to.

Absolute worst customer service out of all the Starbucks in stark county. Every time I patronize this location the people working at the window are so rude. They are never friendly or welcoming. When I go to the whipple location though, everyone is so nice and they engage in conversation. I will never, EVER go back to the Cleveland Ave location. Stay away.

I had some time to sit down and actually enjoy my time a great cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The staff is helpful and energetic. Going to go back soon. Good job folks.

Great experience! The baristas were very friendly and greeted me when I walked in the door. Greg was especially nice when he told me to enjoy the rest of my day once my order was completed.

This place seriously needs to get it together. Every other Starbucks in the region has a more consistent schedule than this absolute Trainwreck of a place. The amount of times the mobile order is turned off because of "short staffing" is laughable, especially considering no other Starbucks within a 15 mile radius seems to have such an issue with this. It's incredibly frustrating because this Starbucks is the only one that's convenient for me on my way to work... What an utter disappointment of a Starbucks.

They are Really busy during their Bogo free drink days but they mostly stay on top of stuff. I notice if I buy food items using the App I'm often told when I get there that they're out, I'm not sure if that's an App issue or what. The drinks are always great and everyone is friendly and I appreciate that. The parking is however awful, I usually just go through the drive through. I love the Free bday drink, & earning points for free drinks/pastries.

Store wasn't crowded inside when I went and I was greeted promptly. My hot, black Americano was more tasty than at other Starbucks I've had recently. Seems like since the country fully opened, the coffee has gotten weaker. At least at other Starbucks for me it has. Clean store, quick, friendly service and I pulled out of the parking lot OK.

This Starbucks is the only one in the area that can make the purple drink perfectly! Yummy! The are always fast and ready to go in the morning. I love the video drive through screen.
