Great women's section, disappointing men's section. Good welcome to the store upon arrival, and had a pleasant shopping experience overall. We were impressed with the range of women's clothes, but disappointed by the lack of men's clothes. The quality of some items was also sorely lacking. Whilst a pleasant experience overall, I feel no overwhelming desire to ever return. Sad, really.

Horrible customer service. They would not provide a price adjustment since they claimed that the promo code I used was not valid and made as a courtesy. I had to return the item and then receive the discount that way. Huge pain and waste of time.

The assistant at Neimans Marcus was very rude during the whole experience. She was insinuating that I was broke and could not afford the fragrances in the store, so instead of assisting me she told me I should leave and go look at the cheaper fragrances as Dillards. How rude is that!

Was not able to get anyone to help us try on some product and prices Limited amount of staff I'm sure it's not their fault But we were not able to Find someone so we left. There are a lot of products big names in the store I would definitely suggest you to go if you were looking for something Luxurious to wear

Neiman Marcus (N.M.) has some very pleasant employees. The service is above what you would expect from Sears or Macy's, which is great. They carry a little of many luxury brands, which is fantastic. We went here looking for a pair of shoes Saint Laurent (S.L.) didn't have in stock, but were out of luck. N.M. seemed to only carry one shoe style from S.L. But we found another brand/style I did like, so it was not a loss. Clean, prompt service, high end luxury from many brands, just what I would expect from N.M.

Disappointed. I was told Neiman Marcus was the place to find a nice leather jacket, but the selection was poor. The jacket I was interested in was locked to the rack and the sales person helping/monitoring me didn’t seem interested in unlocking it. My wife was offended by my experience and contrasted it with how she and her father are treated. She says I don’t look like the preferred Neiman Markus customer.

Really frustrating I can't smell perfume at ease. The amount of times Ive gone in wanting to buy a new perfume but can't have a relaxing experience to do so is frustrating. As someone that gets headaches easily it's annoying when strong perfumes are pushed on me. I get you have to greet the customer but read the room people! The day I asked for help to purchase an MFK perfume the parfum de marly rep was trying to sway me over there. The men who have helped me have been great but there's a pushy lady there who always makes me want to get out of there and come back when I can have peace.
