I called 2 different times to see what kind of baby chicks they had in stock, and both times they said they didn’t know I would have to come and look. I live over an hour away, and didn’t want to drive a 2 hour round trip for nothing, and I explain that to them, but they said they were sorry. I understand if they were busy, but they could have offered to take my number and call me back when they had time. Customer service was not very good!

Good store to get our trash bags. 50 for $7.99. Heavy Duty to. They have some good deals. Worth the trip. Need more of them.

I love this store! It has everything you could possibly think of! Lots of cute country clothing for both males and females. Lots of awesome country, farming, camping, gardening supplies and more. You have to try the caramel corn puffs!

I went there today, hour drive, to look at and purchase a zero turn mower that was stated to be available on their website. I arrived, looked for it and couldn't find. I figured it was on a pallet. Took 10 minutes to find an employee. I asked for help, the first question is it's Sunday I don't think anyone can help you. Her second question was. " Do you know what questions you have? I chuckled and said yes, since I said I had questions. And then the attitude, long story short, I left with my money in my pocket. I figure if someone can't spend 10 minutes with me on a 4-5k purchase, they don't need my money and how bad the service will be after they get my money

First time there. Recommended by friend. Spent an hour but needed more. It's was like Christmas to me. I'm so happy now. Gentleman at the register was pleasant too. Stock person in back feeding live Chickens and Bunnies was helpful. The bird seed is excellent compared to all others. No wasting it . The other brands I bought from nasty store was only have eaten by birds. No more wasting my hard earned cash.

I was compared to a "Kid in a Candy store." Huge place. Made for family to shop together. Just don't let the little ones see the baby chicks and bunnies. I had the best time of my past 2 and a half years. I'm easy I guess.

It's hit and miss with the customer experience. Sometimes the people that work their don't seem to like their jobs. I've never met a customer I didn't at least attempt to greet with a smile and some sort of direction. The pricing on some of the merchandise is wonderful and if you find the more common than not, shoppers delight, they will order just about anything you could possibly desire... the store is usually clean although not very full and attention grabbing.

I like going there, but I come from Zolfo Springs and it’s a hour drive but I wish that they could keep my dog food in stock. The clothes are great and anything else is great to and I rather shop there than anywhere else. Thank you for your great employee’s and service.

Lots of great household items and gift ideas. They have free popcorn when you walk in the door for you to help yourself and you can also purchase the warm nuts 🌰 that smell so good! We found some great items for my daughter as a house warming gift. I’m glad I came in with my husband. They have pet supplies and clothes and kids crocs! Everything was at a reasonable price!

We looked for special chairs but they didn't have any. We did get some fishing gear we couldn't find anywhere else. It's a great store with an amazing selection of items. Have been there several times with excellent results.
