I had a great experience with Aspen Dental today, they took great care of me, I was told everything I needed to be done in great detail, the prices were reasonable, and the employees were very friendly. 5/5 I would recommend.

I've been coming to see Dr. Lahkani for the last couple of years now after other dentists left me untrusting of their services. He's been the most compassionate, understanding dentist I've seen in my 37 yrs on this planet. I got a tooth pulled today and I experienced no pain what so ever during the procedure, Dr. Lahkani quickly extracted the tooth and that was it! Personally if you have anxiety about dentists from terrible past procedures, I would strongly suggest you come here. They are super compassionate, understanding, best of all, they work with you if you have an anxiety disorder of any sort. Thank you Dr. Lahkani & Staff!! ♥♥♥♥

I went here to the Winter Haven office for the day of service. Everyone was nice and friendly. It was an amazing visit and they all took good care of me. If you want a dentist who cares about your dental needs this is where you need to go. Thank you for taking care of me.

I cannot say how many times I have had to leave voicemails an no one returns my calls. I have my teen who needs braces and went in for a root canal at the Lake Wales office. Let me just say, have not make it easy. I cannot go to another office even if it is with the same chain Aspen because the doctors want their own X-rays according to one of the receptionist. So we are stuck with the Lake awakes location. I literally had to call the Winter Haven office to get a response from the Lake Wales location and then my daughter’s root canal that they canceled could be rescheduled. By the way they also call last minute to cancel your appointment which is very inconsiderate since most of us have jobs we take time off ahead of time. Calling the day before to cancel and then not answer your phones is not very professional. Here I am months later left voicemails and waiting to get in so my daughter can see an orthodontist and get her braces. I really don’t know what to do at this point.

If you’re in a hurry, Aspen Dental probably isn’t the place for you. After 2 hours of sitting in two different waiting areas, I was finally seen for just the initial exam. The staff didn’t seem too considerate when it came to your time; instead, they were more concerned about their own lighthearted conversations with one another. I love being able to share positive reviews about local businesses, but this one just wasn’t it unfortunately.

Absolutely the worst and incompetent staff we have ever dealt with when it comes to dentistry. Every time we have made appointments they are cancelled due to shortages of dental hygentists. Wife and I both had rescheduled appointments this morning, which we took off from work for and upon our arrival, they told us our appointments were cancelled days ago AND confirmed no one called us to tell us. We received apology and said the office manager would call us. Never again will I spend a dime at this place. Beware! They seem to overbook to of course make more money but can’t handle the patient load… horrible service!

Aspen Dental is quick and easy, they make sure you really feel like your at home very at ease and comfortable! Aspen is very informative on all procedures done to make sure you have a healthy lifestyle! The Doctor and staff are Super friendly giving every patient the true care they need! I Truly recommend Aspen Dental! They are really Second to none!!!

Receptionists are not welcoming, at one point I was basically told to go sit down. The office manager relays messages from the doctor when asking questions about prescribed medication, and apparently the office manager can assess pain level. I had a crown put in 3 months ago, cost about 3k, has fallen out twice. Do not go here for an dental emergency, I called the office a Saturday, and was scheduled for an apt 2 weeks later. Poor scheduling, pain management, and customer service. I will not be back

I would like to say, I'm very happy with the services I have received at Aspen Dental. I first came here to get a cleaning. I had to have a deep cleaning which was done on a Saturday and it was convenient for me due to my work schedule. Dallas performed the cleaning. She was very thorough and she was very gentle. Dallas explained everything down to a tee and told me how to care for my teeth so that they would not get any worse. I came back and had a tooth pulled and a crown put on by Jay Lakhani. He was awesome. He explained everything and made sure I was completely numb. The reason I say this is because I went to another dentist in Winter Haven a couple of years back for a deep cleaning and my mouth was hurting the entire time the lady cleaned my teeth. I told her my mouth was hurting the whole time, I even cried and she said it was because I didn't take care of my teeth. I left with blood all over my face and whatever she had scraped from my teeth at Greenberg Orthodontics. I will never go there again. I came back to Aspen Dental after Jay did my crown, because I thought I was having issues with it, but it was actually a wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled next. I spoke with John Reynolds who was going to do a root canal, but after checking, he said that he really thought my pain was coming from the wisdom tooth, which once that was pulled I felt much better. I appreciate Dallas, Jay Lakhani, and John Reynolds doing an amazing job on my teeth and I appreciate that they were not just out for money. They were honest and did an amazing job on my teeth. I would recommend anyone to Aspen Dental. I told my son to go here, so he will be going once his insurance kicks in with his job. Thank you Aspen Dental for a great job on doing your jobs and caring about your patients.😁
