Good place, the girl who attended me was very helpful and fine. She accepted me 5 old batteries and gave me in "gift card", $50 even though I didn't purchase a new battery.

The most unfriendly experience. I walk up to the counter and the guy just looks at me. I asked him can I pay you? And he just nods then mumbles my total. Won't be back and thats a shame cause my husband is a huge car guy. Won't spend my money here.

This place used a volt meter to test my battery this morning. I was told that my battery was fine but my car wouldn't even start when I went to leave! They had to give me a jump so I could go somewhere else for a second opinion! Turns out my battery that was still under warranty & purchased at Advance Auto was bad! Advance Auto sent me on my way with a bad battery, still under warranty!! SMH I actually paid another business to get me up & running!! Beware! Lesson learned! If you have this place test your battery make sure they use the proper equipment, NOT a volt meter!!

The manager at this store is amazing. I came in on a Sunday night b/c my battery in my tahoe went dead while I was in Orlando. She started to replace the battery when out of nowhere it started pouring rain. Rather than stopping and running back inside she kept working while I held an umbrella for her....it was raining so hard I don't think it really did anything. By the time it was done we were both soaked. She went above and beyond to help me out. Awesome Customer Service at this store.

This location really focuses on customer service, and makes sure that you have a great shopping experience. Jeff is a great wealth of knowledge, and Dylan provided above-and-beyond customer service. I was able to get my CRISTAL. (Which is hard to find) as well as a few more products! Awesome experience !! 5 Star!
