Best auto parts store in Winter Haven, Florida (FL) 2024

Terrible customer service, waited 15 minutes as the next person in line while 3 people were working but only 1 person was assigned to the front counter. While waiting, calls continued to come in and the line grew with folks on their lunch break waiting to checkout. I counted 7 calls before walking out and in between each call I was told they would be with me in one minute. If you are looking for a place that values your business I would recommend going else where. This establishment obviously values potential business over a guaranteed customer waiting to checkout. If you are looking for a part, this is the place. They rather take a call then make a transaction in the store. Good luck picking it up though. I ended up purchasing what I need for much less with same day delivery from amazon. ~Michael

Good place, the girl who attended me was very helpful and fine. She accepted me 5 old batteries and gave me in "gift card", $50 even though I didn't purchase a new battery. ~Sergio
