I ordered 3 pizzas over the phone by the time I got there about 12 minutes later all 3 were ready to go. The staff were friendly and that's very important. Inside was nice and clean. With one of my sodas they gave me a Sierra mist instead of the Mountain Dew that I ordered luckily my son likes both. I will definitely order from there again.

Ordered online a “EPIC pepperoni stuff crust pizza as shown on picture (loaded with pepperoni on top) for $13.99. Drove 25 minutes to pickup, verified order 3x at checkout, and got home to discover no pepperoni on top, just in crust. Call Papa John’s and was told I have to ask for pepperoni on top. WTH, they are advertising, displaying, and misleading customers for a pizza they sell that looks nothing like the pic. Next time I’ll order from Pizza Hut, no false advertising there. Very frustrated😡.

$50 for 2 large pizzas and didn't even add the pepperoni to the "Pepperoni, Sausage, and Six Cheese Pizza." Manager didn't even offer to fix it, refund money (at least for the one pizza), or give credit. 🙄 Lots of other Pizza places in the area.

Couldn't get app.on line take my order. Called location. Staff member would not let us use promo code, had be online. Also sent me free coupon for papadilla. Said I couldn't use it with pizza. Then why you send me. Was rude, difficulty communicating Wont use papa John again So frustrated we said forget it.

after 1 years still bad service and food.. Got a cold pizza called to get another one, they sent the new pizza uncooked. How do you feed this to your kids? This place has been going down hill for months. Almost certain the people working their are trying to ruin the franchise owners.

I just had to cancel my order . I placed my order on the app at 5:40 to be delivered at 645 - no tracking info was sent . I called at 655 and they said it would be At least another hour for delivery because they were short staffed and that it may take longer. . The girl I spoke with was rude and acted as if she didn’t care All we could do was void the order/ come get it or wait until they had a driver available . The lack of communication from papa johns was upsetting . I really wonder how they prioritize there delivery’s . This isn’t the first time I have had an issue with papa johns.

We decided to order from Papa John's because we wanted something different from our usual pizza place; I can say our experience was different from our expectations. We ordered at almost 5pm and the app said it would be about 45 minutes. When it was 6:10 we called the store to make sure our order was placed and were told by the manager that they were running a little behind. We were patient, which is troublesome with a 9 year old and two 8 year olds, but we were able to keep them calm. Two hours after we ordered the pizza finally showed up. My wife's food was burnt she the rest was undercooked. We have no incentive to ever order from this place again. The service is terrible, the food was nasty, and that's pretty bad for the extra food expense of choosing to eat at a Papa John's. *** FOLLOW-UP *** The owner responded to my review and provided their email so they could reach out and make it right. I sent my info and still have not heard back, not a single word. I see the owner has sent the same responses to other negative reviews and now I'm curious if other reviewers have had the same result. I'm hoping it's not a ploy just to appear as if they are resolving issues on reviews when in fact they are not.

Pizza always good, but after ordering extra olives they were a bit scant when we got home. Otherwise great experience. Second time black olives getting more scarce. Is there a shortage?
