Out standing service for my grandson birthday. Thank you all your amazing. When I called, I explained to Laurie that the app did not have the option for me to order marinara sauce and she was awesome enough to add it to my order for me which is rad. And when I arrived Connor greeted me and laughed along with my jokes and complimented my necklace which is always nice to hear. Very clean and friendly environment. Highly recommended pizza shop.

I called 20 mins ahead of time they said 15 to 20 mins, I get there I still had another 10 mins to wait. The young Lady was very nice and she apologized.

It had been a while since I had pizza. I finished up next door at my eye appointment and was craving some. After the manager went over some low calorie options, I went with the personal pan pepperoni pizza. The cheese was gooey but cooked properly and the crust, just the right amount of crispy. Thanks to the entire team. Fast, accurate and friendly.

I ordered for later pickup time and they could not find my order. The manager looked and found them and gave them to me I said are they fresh she said yes. We’ll I get home and no. They were very old from the time I ordered and the manager said no they will not replace them.

There was a mix up in the store and the Pizza I ordered was not the one that was delivered. However, after I called the store, the manager quickly addressed the problem. He quickly sent a pizza to me with the correct ingrediants and said he identified where the mistake had occured. Because of his quick response I feel safe in ordering from this location in the future.

Order the barbecue pizza With extra cheese with barbecue sauce. Received a pizza with Barbecue in tomato sauce. Absolutely disgusting Called back would not send me the correct pizza. Will not order here again. 21.39 wasted everybody out pizza the hut!

I love Pizza Hut but the last order pizza was cold, hard and dry. The boneless chicken were old, there was no meat just the hard out crust. the meat had dried out. Very disappointment with this experience. :-(

The personal pan pizza we ordered went in the garbage because it had red sauce instead of the creamy garlic that was ordered. The dough was also not full cooked, and we asked for it to be extra cooked. Also, the cinnamon sticks were very doughy. Does no one check the orders for accuracy?

The Pizza Hut located at 721 3rd St Sw in Winter Haven Florida is the ABSOLUTE WORST. Spoke with the manager whom provided no customer service whatsoever. They take accountability for nothing and sell deplorable food. They told us the order would arrive in 1 hour. When we called to check on the order they said they would be here in 95 more minutes. They delivered a burnt pizza to our home and forgot to deliver a portion of the order. I wish I could give less than 1 star. Total garbage! Save your money don’t waste your time.
