I just want to say how great Darrell S. is a great employee. He is always there to help you out and doesn't walk away or turn around when he sees you walking to him. He is just an all around great person. I always look for him when go in the store. He is very helpful everytime we go in there. Even when your ac was broken he was in a good mood and helpful. Our short visit here at the Winter Haven Home Depot was exceptionally well. Every customer service representative, especially Iva, in tools, treated us with respect and helped us tremendously. Professional service at its BEST.

I used to love coming here many years ago. The employees were knowledgeable and friendly and most knew me by name. Unfortunately times have changed. On My most recent visit here,I was accompanied by a worker I employ,he happens to be covered in tattoos. Employees followed him around the store,banned him from entering some areas, when checking out 3 male employees came to the self checkout register and proceeded to shake and examine everything he was trying to purchase. An argument then got going,he left the store after not being allowed to purchase anything. He was followed by the same men out the door and they told him he was trespassed. By this time I had come to the front of the store, I politely asked one of the men what was happening and why they treating him like that. I was then asked if I was with him. I said yes and then was informed that I was a thief and was being trespassed from there as well. I want to be clear. I am not nor have ever been a thief. I can't imagine a situation more embarrassing than this. I spend 10's of thousands in this chain annually. Not anymore. Lowes will have my business going forward. I think Home Depot should be ashamed of the people they have representing them..

Their kitchen designer (Gail) was very helpful. Their delivery system is a bit disorganized. I had to be on top of a big delivery by calling them about 7 times. Other than that, big store, large selection. Just do your research because some items are in national shortage and take long to get delivered.

Me and wife were shopping at the garden center earlier today and we were able to find a variety of products for our new garden. I forgot my $2200 watch in the Home Depot rental truck earlier today. When I called the store , tools department was closed but the store manager was able to help me find the watch. Thank you so much.

When it comes to customer service it doesn't matter if its on the phone with the store with Carmen, who will go above and beyond to make your life easier whether you're looking for a way to get a cheaper delivery or making an online order for a product that's not in stock in the store, this is one you are looking for. This is unlike their competitor Lowes who won't let you know the delivery charge until you have checked out or if you can even have your products delivered, Thank you again Carmen Then when it comes to service in this store, it is just amazing! They are always there for questions when I need help with things or have trouble finding something. Yes at times I may have waited a few minutes but they recognize me and let me know they'll be there as quick as they can. They also don't prejudge you for how you look, age, etc (thinking of the money your going to spend or time spent) which if you've ever been in sales or been treated differently know exactly what I'm talking about, which is greatly appreciated. Thank you Home Depot.

I had a great experience this afternoon with Crystal at the customer service counter. She helped me with the difficult and time consuming task of pricing and checking the stock of a long list of building supplies that I am about to order. I can't express strongly enough how patient, pleasant and courteous she is. She alone saved me as your customer, because another employee was going to handle it for me several days ago but never did, leaving me thinking about shopping with your competitor. Crystal took the initiative and immediately did it today without any hesitation!

Dear Home Depot, I want you to know My sister and I spent at At least four hours and Home Depot today. Our first experience was with Carmen at the service desk. She was very kind very helpfull. She went completely out of her way to help us,she was a pleasure to deal with. Then Comes along Miguel can’t say one bad thing about him another helpful employee.. Moving right along we come to Joel D. We found him in lumber another Employee who went out of his way . We even ran into Victor helping everyone in the store 😂,. Everyone we came in contact with seemed in a good mood and was Enjoying their job. Right down to Pedro who helped load our merchandise Thank You , Home Depot Frances Bailey, and Sister 😊.

We have ordered several items. Online orders arrived on time . In store items have been great. Remodeled whole kitchen , bathroom with in stocks items. Great service. Great blowup decorations for Christmas and Halloween
