I've been a customer a feral gas over 25 years. That's how we spell it now. I asked for a fill in November they told me they would need 422 to come fill my tank I sent $425 no one ever came I've been waiting for a refund ever since I haven't had any income in 3 months I need my 425 back Ferrellgas must need it more than I do I wonder how many people went without heat this winter because they didn't have the money up front thank you Ferrell gas for continuing to take care of your customers good job.

Was scheduled to fill my tanks at my cabin, they did not fill the tanks because the tanks have the wrong adapter, the problem is they never called us and still charged us for the gas. I had to call to get a refund, and now I'm out of gas and everyone is booking a week or more out. Could have been resolved if they had just called me. *Update - Ferrell told me to contact them and they'll look into it after my review, I did so and they never even acknowledge my email, so don't take their response below as them resolving anything.

I hate it when a company says on their website that they are open and then when you get there they're not. I called the local telephone number and got a call center and the call center agent even told me that the place was open. I guess your company cares about yourselves more than you do your customers.

Called for a quote and they were .30 more per gallon than other company I called and they have a $99 set up fee + $75 regulator fee and other company only has a $75 regulator fee. Just FYI check around pricing really varies !
