Super disappointed, ordered a cake for an engagement party....and it was not done the way I asked but I kind of figured that since the girl who took my order was like 16 and could have cared less. Then when I picked up I told the lady it was nothing like I wanted and showed her the picture. She was not interested and didn't even try to fix or decorate another one. Party tomorrow so I'm left with this. Super disappointed. I would suggest not ordering feom here if it's for a special occasion.

Its a nice small store but don't have everything as others and bit disappointed with the hour opening later than all other stores.

The self checkout machine bugged out and I was charged 2 times for the same transaction and the best I was offered for help was the customer support number

This is a horrible store, they do not have a great selection of anything to choose from and they are constantly running out of things . The meat at their butcher counter looks like it has sat there for weeks. I bought a frozen shrimp and crab leg boil and when I opened it same day the shrimp where dried out shells. All the employees are minors with no real experience and can not even handle simply customer service issues. They are more likely to be standing around gossiping about people they don't like at the work place, than to actually be helping a customer. This is the closest store to me and I will gladly drive farther for better service. Will never go back!

PicknSave's milk is bad. This problem occurs at many locations, not just this Franklin store (I shop at 3-4 PicknSaves in the area. The problem has been reported on Facebook starting in 2020. It spoils before the sell by date. When reporting the problem, manager states it must be the temperature in my refrigerator. Solution to problem: buy milk at any other store. Problem has gone away. By the way, the organizational response to complaints: PicknSave now guarantees its milk only for 10 days from date of purchase. This is normally less time than the sell by date. Again, there is a simple solution for consumers. Buy your milk elsewhere.

Never was a huge fan of pick. Being honest...... but I actually like this store. Nice layout, flows well. Produce department actually looked fresh and inviting. Last time I was in this store I was not impressed with it. Culled beautifully and looked very full. Keep up the good work.
