We have been with Chase Bank for 45 years and have most of our accounts there, including checking, credit cards, our mortgage, and my retirement accounts. I have never been treated by ANYONE IN MY WHOLE LIFE of almost 70 years, at any place EVER, like I was just treated today, 12/18/21. We went into the Franklin office for a simple transfer from my IRA to our checking account. We have done this same transfer multiple times over the years and retired people will know how this works, without any problems in minutes. The first officer could not open the required transaction forms on his computer so he asked his associate to help. This has already taken 15 to 20 minutes. As we went over to her cubicle, he put his coat on and left early. Coincidence? I think the whole thing went south we she asked me why I was asking for the withdrawal/ transfer. She didn’t like my response which was “because, it’s my money”? What would you answer? She never explained that there are certain categories the form requires the request be assigned to. The correct answer here is because I’m over 59 and a half. And the transaction went down hill from there. Next we were told that because it was a weekend, the transfer was not real time and would take place on Monday after she faxed the documents in. FAXED? In this day and age? Are you kidding me? FAXED!! So we were given the choice of waiting 10 minutes for a printed fax confirmation or we could go without it. About the time when I asked her if she could email the confirmation to us we were told no, and asked to leave her cubicle and eventually the building because she didn’t appreciate our attitude. REMEMBER, ITS MY MONEY!! So, we left and I’ll bet you anything, when we check on Monday, it will not have been done. Ms. D. D., you don’t have the temperament to serve your customers in a competent or professional manner. Quite frankly, you would be better suited asking people if they want fries with their burgers. Maybe you could handle that! We will see if you transferred OUR money on Monday and then start looking for a new bank! Hopefully one that promotes competency and demands employees prioritize great customer service. This Chase branch has no concept of that!! They don’t deserve your business! ~Ralph

Pizza arrived via grub Hub. Pizza was slid all to one side. Called Michaelangelo's right away and talked to fred(owner) and was told that it was not his fault because it was ordered thru Grub Hub. I could understand this attitude from a disgruntled employee, but the Owner? I was told he was not going to remake and also when asked for a remake, and a no answer was given, he said that I would understand if I paid the bills. $29.00 for a small pizza delivered and it all went into the garbage. An amazing way to do business it these tough times. Some places need the business and some don't. My last order from Michaelangelo's. ~Charlie

Horrible service at 2 locations, such attitude at the first place we left and went to another. Thankful my cousin made me an appointment @ Deco to fix my hair! I can't believe how uneven my hair was and neither could my new stylist as she was fixing it. But I was more upset with my self for trusting such an establishment instead of being patient and waiting for an opening with a stylist who actually likes their job. ~Mrs

Super disappointed, ordered a cake for an engagement party....and it was not done the way I asked but I kind of figured that since the girl who took my order was like 16 and could have cared less. Then when I picked up I told the lady it was nothing like I wanted and showed her the picture. She was not interested and didn't even try to fix or decorate another one. Party tomorrow so I'm left with this. Super disappointed. I would suggest not ordering feom here if it's for a special occasion. ~Gina

The food is ok passable the fresh fruit is good but they need more trained workers to work the registers. One register working but 5 people behind the counter get the picture. To much talking not enough thinking about clients just looking at them. ~Luis
