We recently purchased a truck from Derek Franco at the Franklin Chrysler, Jeep, Ram store via the phone. Our business is in Ohio and we were excited to find the truck available that we needed for our business. We all know there are no discounts at this time and we were happy to be able to execute it all remotely and look forward to getting our new truck in the couple of days promised. A few days later and the vehicle had not arrived yet, with more promises that it would be on the way soon, we got a text of pictures with a fair amount of damage to the side of the vehicle. We were told the salesman damaged it when trying to drive it to the car wash. I was gracious when he said he would get it fixed and on the way within a day or so. it's now been a week and he is not answering our calls and will only text us more false promises of when the repairs will be done and the vehicle delivered. He has told me he doesn't have time because he's too busy with other customers to call or give us more details. He's apparently upset that we are contacting him to try to get the information we need. They were quick to get all of the paperwork signed, but slow to deliver on their part and now that they've made this mistake, they don't want to talk to us at all. Still no vehicle and no good information when we will receive it.
