The pizza was ready when promised. I ordered the Michaelangelo Special. We were not disappointed. The sausage, mushrooms and onions ratio was excellent. The staff that waited on me was polite and the pizza chef brought out the pizza. Can't wait to order again and maybe try something new. :)

Wednesday quiet time in the bar and dinning room, so service was outstanding. Very friendly, courteous waitress. She delt with a large group of retirees and a mom with a 9 and 6 year old. It has been some time since we had been to Michaelangelo's, the pizza was excellent! We ordered half tomato and cheese and the other half pepperoni with extra cheese. It came Hot, cheesey and crispy.

Pizza was great but it got kind of busy and our server had to go take care of a lot of different people.

Pizza was fantastic! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!! Service definitely needs work, first was brought appetizers that we didn't order, then we were brought our pizza, THEN we were asked if we like plates, napkins, etc.... I should have asked the waitress if anyone ever says no to that question, I would guess not! Waitress came back to table once inquiring about refills on our beverages, never returned after that, had to go up to counter to ask for take home box for leftovers, you would have thought that may have sparked an idea to our waitress that we were done and bring us the bill but not so much, sat there for another 10 minutes then finally went up to the counter to ask for our bill. Service needs work!

Michaelangelo's has the best thin crust pizza around! Still loving it after all these years. I met a few buddies and sat at the bar, had some cold beer and enjoyed great Pizza Keep it up Dennis and your crew!

A nice pizzeria nestled in the city of Franklin amongst a quiet neighborhood, Good service good food, If you're looking just to grab something to eat on the run or sit in their nice bar and restaurant, while taking in a sporting event, then this is the place. We have been eating here for 25 years plus. 👍

I didn't realize they offered a gluten free pizza crust or we would of been coming here all along. Nice and clean with very good pizza, both the regular thin for my husband and the gluten free one for me.

Pizza arrived via grub Hub. Pizza was slid all to one side. Called Michaelangelo's right away and talked to fred(owner) and was told that it was not his fault because it was ordered thru Grub Hub. I could understand this attitude from a disgruntled employee, but the Owner? I was told he was not going to remake and also when asked for a remake, and a no answer was given, he said that I would understand if I paid the bills. $29.00 for a small pizza delivered and it all went into the garbage. An amazing way to do business it these tough times. Some places need the business and some don't. My last order from Michaelangelo's.

I ordered a few pizzas and one of them was Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza. I have to admit that it tastes really good. Not too much of ranch on it. I probably will add tomatoes on it next time. Everything tastes good from that restaurant.

It's National Pizza Day this weekend and we celebrated early tonight. Michaelangelo's appeared to have the best ratings for a local pizza that we hadn't yet tried. 5-stars from both of us! We loved the traditional sauce, the flaky thin crust and the amount of toppings - especially the cheese, were plentiful. I ordered an 11-inch Michaelangelo's Special and he ordered an 11-inch BBQ chicken. We both had leftovers. A couple things to note, the mushrooms are canned (and big. and plentiful. and delicious) and the BBQ sauce is not very bold/tangy (but still a very flavorful mild). Delivery is to Franklin-only at a $3 fee. Pizza arrived at the start of the window they gave us (45 minutes- an hour) and both the employees, the one that took our order over the phone and the delivery driver were professional and courteous. Can't wait to try again!
