I bought my car here earlier this year, and just went back for my first oil change. I was able to book an appointment time online, and waited in their well-appointed and welcoming waiting area for the hour or so it took for the oil change, inspection, and car wash. I was very pleased with the service i received- I'm actually looking forward to my next service date!

When I entered the service department of the dealership, I was greeted quickly. And the other service person recognized me immediately, jumped out of his chair with a friendly smile to inform me of vehicle’s prognosis and escorted me to the cashier. Personable people work at Boucher Volkswagen. That’s why I will buy my 3rd vehicle there!

I was calling around to see if dealerships around the area have an atlas with specific features I was looking for. When I called Boucher, I got Jimmy on the phone and he was able to check immediately and confirmed availability. Scheduling an appointment to test drive the car was very easy that I was able to get in the next day. My husband and I sat down with Jimmy to sort out the numbers for 2 trade ins. We were very happy working with Jimmy. He is very transparent, honest, no pressure sales tactics, and very accommodating. This was the best experience I ever had with car sales and I was honestly very surprised how smoothly things went. I happily drove home in my spec'd out 2023 Atlas. Thank you so much Jimmy!

Came in to get rid of the WRX and ended up getting rid of my Forester as well. I highly recommend Tyler for sales. Phil was awesome - finance. I am so glad to say I stepped outside of my 4 VW box, tried three other great quality brands - so glad to be back to VW. NO BETTER WAY - BOUCHER!!

Went in (at 8:00a.m) to get my oil changed and to change out a flare tire I had. I was asked when I needed the vehicle back, I said ASAP so I walked home since I live close. The service advisor contacted me suggested I get all 4. I thought since he suggested that option, 4 of my tires would be in stock. I said yes, let’s do that. (When I have called 5 places and not one place had my tire size and speed in stock.) I was excited I could get everything done in one place and fast. After noon I was advise my oil change was done just “working” on my tires. No, they had to order my size tires and wait for them to be delivered. Everyone in that department failed to tell me 1. The tires weren’t in stock 2. Offer a substitute vehicle. When I asked at 3:00 p.m. they told me my car would be done before 5:00p.m. Completely unacceptable! I am in charge of semi trucks and trailers and get better service than I did at the dealership I purchased my vehicle from. Thank goodness they took $50 off the top.. I missed an entire days work for a pretty simple service, and for their mistake they take a whole $50 off the top. I will never return to this service department. I was disgusted and enraged.

While negotiating down payment/cost of vehicle/service contract (warranty) with finance department - they definitely hid the cost of the warranty. Very strategically. One I realized the cost of it was more than what I was told (once I got my first bill) I reached out to GM - as it left a sour taste in my mouth. After weeks of not hearing back - I finally got a hold of him to express my dissatisfaction. He said that I "probably was having a little buyers remorse" - and offered no sincere care about me as a customer having a sour taste in my mouth. Fast forward a few weeks - my vehicle was having some issues - so I actually needed to use this service contract (warranty). I called the dealership to see if someone could send me a copy of this plan so I could see what was covered exactly. I was told that I needed to talk to finance and was transferred to them. I called three times, leaving two voicemails. After no one calling back after a few days, I reached out to my salesman and explained I had not heard back. He then said, "I dont show any record of you calling. Our system keeps track of every time you call and notes it in your file. You haven't called.....maybe you dialed the wrong number". I assured him I did call and I even showed my call log - but he insisted that I didn't, because their system had no record. Seemed very elementary to accuse a customer of lying and going back and fourth with them. After finally getting the information I needed - the GM got the vehicle in to take a look. They got me a rental at no charge and did a tire rotation and balance at no charge. However, with the behavior of the GM and the salesman - my hard earned money didn't seem appreciated by them. Not to mention, we bought two vehicles during the same month from this dealership - but we were treated like dirt after the vehicles were delivered. They treated me like selling me two vehicles was them doing me a favor. In 2022 - with the way the world is - I need to feel appreciated when spending the type of money we spent. As a result, I'll never step place in this dealership again. Beware.

Sadly,I was shocked after having had a reasonable quote for a repair, suddenly I was told as the repair was being done another part suddenly "became broken " for which I am now responsible. Including the cost of the part and the labor. Needless to say none of this was in our cost analysis, but let's look at this....... a clip Cost amazon 100 cost dealership 400 Cost home nothing cost dealership 4 hrs labor ( but they already had everything open) I did request the manager phone me with a separate labor charge for each part put in when I picked up my car. I have still not received a call We will not be returning here EVER!!

Very pleased with my recent new vehicle purchase experience at Boucher. The sales staff kept me well informed of incoming stock for the vehicle I was interested in at a time when car availability was limited due to the chip shortage. Once they found the car that I was interested in they facilitated a chance to test drive and look it over before committing to a final purchase. A particular shout out to salesman Tony who was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the specifications and technology in the car. Their offer on my trade was competitive and fair based on the dealer trade in value range published by the leading third parties. A few up-sells were offered during the final paperwork signing (as will be the case at pretty much any car dealership), but they were not pushy about them. Overall, about as painless as a new car buying experience can be, and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to a family member or friend who was interested in a Volkswagen vehicle. Also want to shout them out for not applying an arbitrary dealer markup or forcing certain high-profit "upgrades" (paint protection etc) to take advantage of the current supply-constrained situation, which is something that a lot of other dealerships in the area seem very keen to do at the moment.
