Spent $800 on a Samsung s22. They tried to sell me a $30 charger. Said my old chargers for my s9 would ruin my battery. Got home and Samsung website says my s9 chargers will work on my s22.

The big guy with a beard behind the counter is the most worthless store rep I have ever encountered. He's enough to make any customer wish they were at any other wireless provider, just to avoid his smug remarks and lack of competence.

98.7% of the staff here are rude and lie just to make a sale. Been coming here for years and there's been a handful of reps that are great..now I only go in this store if I can't wait to go to another one.

I DO NOT recommend this store to any teacher who is considering getting an Apple Watch to use in their classroom for safety reasons. After 3 weeks and over six hours on the phone, my watch is still not working correctly. It makes me wonder if I can even trust my Verizon phone.

After a not-so-great experience with Verizon customer service on the phone I went to the store on San Jose and received amazing help from Creeg and Nick. They were patient, friendly and willing to see the entire process through with me. They were great!

During my trip to this Verizon Store, I was hoping to close one of my data lines, but I was initially told that it be unable to be done there and that I would have to make a call to Verizon customer support. This was not great news as I had already called customer support and was referred to the physical store for assistance. Luckily I was assisted by the best Customer Representative I have ever dealt with, Jalana. Jalana went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that all my questions were answered. Now Verizons signal might not be the best in my area, but Jalana made it clear that even if a customer was leaving the service, they would still be treated with care and respect. Thank you to Jalana and the folks over at the San Jose Blvd Verizon store for being so awesome!

I recently upgraded my phone to a pixel 6 and went to Verizon to get some additional help on San Jose Blvd. The customer representative name Danny was very helpful, knowledgeable and had great customer service. We need more people like him in a working environment. I left the store happy and felt like I had met a friend as well. Thanks to Danny I am happy Verizon customer.

Came in to get help with filing a claim for my father's cellphone and we were directed to the phone and said it's done there. We received absolutely no service from any of the employees that were standing around. Everything we did we could have done from home and at the convenience of our own phone. We were transfered through 4 different people and no one was eager to make sure we were taken care of. My father has trouble reading and not very good with phones, so thinking they would be able to assist and help him they did no such thing. I will never be returning to this location and I will advise others to do the same.

I would give a -5 if I could. It seems like you have to force the employees to help you. Then they messed up my phone order so I never received a phone or my money back. Almost half a year later and I am still fighting for almost $500 back. Even when talking to the managers their help was useless at best. Extremely upset with this store!!
