Very pleased with our service experience at Ken Vance VW! Our service consultant, Jonathan, and the rest of the staff took excellent care of us. After two failed repair attempts at a Twin Cities dealership, we journeyed the extra hour trip to bring our Tiguan to our old friends at VW of Eau Claire, where the issue was promptly diagnosed and repaired. This year was the first time we went to Hyundai of Eau Claire, and I'm sure glad we did. I bought a car from Nathan Trapp in June, and was amazed at how smooth the whole process went. We were in and out with our new car in less than 2 hours! We were so pleased that we came back a couple months later for my husband's car. Same great service by Nathan, and we got another new Hyundai at a great price! This is where I will go for our next vehicle, and will recommend Nathan to our family and friends who are looking for a new car. Thanks to all at Ken Vance Hyundai!

Was told $200 for service…..had to reschedule a week later, now for the same work is costing $120 more then last week…..what changed? The fact that my appointment is “during lunch”….so I’m paying an hourly service charge for work not performed over lunch?? $90 for oil change $30 for headlight adjustment $70 to diagnose a parking light issue. Where does this extra $120 come from? No way a customer should be told a price for an hours work then get charged more because the appointment is during lunch break. If it weren’t for the warranty I have, I wouldn’t have come to an authorized VW service to perform all duties.

I got the stop sign at had to turn around and come back. My check engine light came on. Turns out the dip stick wasn't put in correctly and they had to reset my check engine light.

The biggest thing was that there were new vehicles on the lot but also almost equally impressive was the help I had a long the way. Samantha did an excellent job giving me the details on the Taos and made the paperwork as enjoyable as it could have been. Hopefully, I won't have to come back soon for a vehicle on my own but I will definitely recommend Samantha and the dealership as a whole.

Susan & Greg were great to work with. No beating around the bush or pushy-ness. Great experience, thrilled that we were able to do remote purchase and delivery, which Susan delivered it as well! The walk through and setup for the vehicle was a breeze. Definitely recommend Ken Vance VW Eau Claire and ask for Susan!

When I went in yesterday, I had said that I need this certain part and they said yes we have that. And it wasn’t what I needed. The guy who helped us said he was on his lunch break and he’ll find someone else. And we go in today because they said it would be there and it wasn’t. He didn’t order it and blamed it on the computer. Worst service from a dealer I’ve ever had. Walked out today with no part and a single promise that won’t be fulfilled. Now I don’t have my car to get to work and home

I've gone to Ken Vance in Eau Claire enough now, both for emergency and routine service on my VW, to feel comfortable leaving this review. The service here is always friendly, fast, and reliable. I appreciate that they give me honest answers to my questions (does work absolutely need to get done or can it wait, what my next service could look like based on the condition of my car, etc.) and that they ask before doing anything that wasn't already discussed - I know that probably should be a given, but it isn't always at other dealers. They offer a shuttle service for FREE if you need to head to work, so that you don't have to pay for a ride to or from the dealership, which is really convenient. My most recent driver, Dave, was AMAZING and super friendly, and the pick-up/drop-off is always on time. Wouldn't go anywhere else for service.
