You know a friendly hello and thank you goes a long way. The young lady at the self check out line was more interested in playing with her phone than looking up and acknowledging me the morning of 7/17/22. You would think with the $ I spend there yearly I could at least get that!

Each and every time I go here, no matter how little I buy and how lightweight my bags are, the bags rip and spill groceries everywhere. This has resulted in both glass being shattered and/or food being ruined. Terrible bags!

Today I had drove 40+ miles to stop at this particular location to purchase some cold pressed juice. There was no orange on the shelf. I saw a worker in floral and she called produce to get me some assistance. HOLLY came up and said all I have is a case. I took the whole case. I just wanted to give Holly a shout out because this really made my day that she was able to bring 6 jugs to put on shelf and I bought them all. Thanks for having my favorite feel better juice. Will be back again.

Update: This store seems to be making some positive changes from when I first made my review 8 months ago. Employees say hello, the store looks cleaner and more organized, and the whole atmosphere seems more upbeat. Thank you to those who are making this difference. Poorly managed as reflected by its customer service. I went to the customer service counter, which was unattended. That can happen at any store, but usually only briefly. I waited 10 minutes, and finally gave up. While shopping, the aisles were in disarray. When I checked out, Ray the cashier was too busy chatting with his colleague to even acknowledge my presence. No "hello", no eye contact. I might as well have been invisible. I try to avoid this store because of consistent experiences like this, but it's close to my house so I keep hoping for better.

Staff are friendly and grocery pickup is convenient. The online search function makes selecting items online tedious. It is very difficult to know what you are going to be charged for your order and whether you have selected items that qualify for sales. Recently, I was charged $60 more than expected because sale prices online were apparently incorrect (despite no change in listed price online between the day the order was placed and pickup). I have tried to communicate with customer service multiple times and so far have been unable to talk to anyone. Because of this experience I no longer trust the prices posted online and will no longer be shopping with Kroger retailers.

This has been my main grocery store for years. And will continue to be for some time. But I’ve become accustomed to ordering groceries online and then picking them up there. Whoever picks the groceries for the orders drives me INSANE. Like would YOU eat brown lettuce!? Oh you “made every effort to find substitutes”? What, you don’t have ANY granola IN THE WHOLE STORE?!

If you value your health, Please be mindful of which part of this store you are going to shop from. The deli and produce are pretty fantastic and the staff that work them are really nice. Sometimes the meat dept is good, if you can find someone, the past 3 times ive tried to get meat there's noone there in the middle of the afternoon. However the dairy dept is a joke. I bought some cheese on the 15th of April and ate half the pack thinking the flavor was slightly off because it was parmesan and cheddar. HOWEVER I didn't expect it to be over a month almost 2 months old which sent me to the ER with a really bad infection brought on by food poisoning. I have health issues as is so an infection can be pretty bad. I did return the product and got my 5 dollars back, and the management handled it really well. She was a delight and I feel really bad. I went to get some coconut water after discussing this with them and unfortunately found an entire section of MOLDY waters that expired back in December (2nd) of 2020. and Some in November. Please if you do shop here, Be ADAMANT about checking every single products date because this isn't the first time and has become an almost monthly thing :L ( We've brought up over 12 products that were expired by over a month to 7 months) I don't feel like me being severely ill that sent me to the ER is worth 5 dollars and I know no compensation will come from this. Steep prices for items not on sale, often understaffed at peak times, and I have frequently bought prepackaged meats there only to return home and find out that it has expired days if not weeks ago. The only saving grace is the fresh and plentiful produce. You're probably better off shopping elsewhere.
