This Subway has always been clean and had friendly employees when I've visited. When I've ordered online my sandwiches have always been correct and ready when I arrive.

The store was not clean, there is food on the floor and the tables. There was a big puddle of water about 3 feet from the main entrance and they were out of Ice.

It's a subway. Everyone's had it before and it's routinely decent at least. Sometimes you don't get the ratios of toppings you want but this one has always gotten it right for me. I love a subway that has friendly people who know how to make a good sub. If you want a subway that doesn't skimp on your food, then this is the one for you

Ordered my 2 sandwiches on the app 25 minutes before pick-up. After arriving 5 minutes after they were supposed to be ready. I waited in line another five minutes before asking where to pick up the prepaid sandwiches. adult manager? said "he just started making them now" . I then asked the kid what the purpose was to pre order if they do not make the food before. "we were busy nothing we can do about it" was his response. No apology nothing out of either of them

One employee during lunch rush and the line is so long people start leaving to eat elsewhere. I wait it out for 30 minutes then halfway through making the sandwich they tell me their toaster oven is broken so I can eat it cold. No thanks. Get your act together or find another line of work.

Food is good like any other subway but i give them 2 start because of the customer service cashier was very rude he toss my sandwich on the counter and when ask him to put it to go he role his eyes on me, on tap of that he didn't give me my cup for me drink and when a take one cup he yell at not you don't pay for that!!! And then he give me a cup that he bring for tbe back.

Ordered a 12 inch sub. Ask for lettuce, cucumber, jalapeño, and green pepper, worker puts three cucumber stack up on one side, also didnt cut my sandwich in half. I go to pay, my order was 12 inch classic steak and cheese with a small drink and the total is 10$ exact where many other times I've gone and order the same thing with chips and cookies I get total around 11 or 12 dollars. I feel like the customer service was poor and I got overcharged
