Beautiful space, immediately welcoming, warm, and gracious. Found the staff and instructors to be equally so. A true hidden gem in the heart of Fitchburg....you Perennial folk should mosey on over there for more personalized attention and sweet sequences. ;-) ~Amanda

This Subway has always been clean and had friendly employees when I've visited. When I've ordered online my sandwiches have always been correct and ready when I arrive. ~Ryan

Even though I came 15 minutes before they closed on a Saturday, DJ was super friendly and patient and helped me get some documents and accounts updated. He also reminded me I could get free checks printed since we were out. He faxed out all the forms I needed mailed as well. Thanks so much! ~Haley

whoever runs this place must not pay their employees enough, because they seem to be consistently understaffed compared to other jimmy johns. They regularly do not take mobile orders or deliveries, and they often close before the time listed. I don’t blame the employees for this, this seems like an issue with whoever is in charge of this location ~Colleen

Great Monona convince store, clean with a friendly staff. Decent gas prices, good selection of food and drinks. ~Ryan

If you need a full featured post office, this is not the place to go. Often employees are slow with ringing up and applying features that normal usps employees are familiar with. Also too much chit-chat between employees and "regular" customers. ~Joseph

Each and every time I go here, no matter how little I buy and how lightweight my bags are, the bags rip and spill groceries everywhere. This has resulted in both glass being shattered and/or food being ruined. Terrible bags! ~Axel

That girl is working her tail feathers in there!!! I forgot her name. It said Sandra on the receipt so I think that’s it. She was awesome. I was the last haircut of a grueling day and you would think most people would be burned out and done with the day but she was just as chipper and talkative as if it was 10 in the morning after a couple cups of coffee. She was so sweet and gave a great haircut! Needed something walking distance from my house and glad I stumbled upon this one!! Thanks again! I will be back for sure. ~Taylor
