That girl is working her tail feathers in there!!! I forgot her name. It said Sandra on the receipt so I think that’s it. She was awesome. I was the last haircut of a grueling day and you would think most people would be burned out and done with the day but she was just as chipper and talkative as if it was 10 in the morning after a couple cups of coffee. She was so sweet and gave a great haircut! Needed something walking distance from my house and glad I stumbled upon this one!! Thanks again! I will be back for sure.

I went in on a Saturday to the Maple Grove location to try to get a haircut. Before the door even closed the stylist was barking at me that it waa appoimtment only, no walk ins and I couldn't call either. I understand being short staffed, but I was treated like I was breaking into her house. Ridiculously rude and poor customer service. I won't be going to cost cutters again.

I was going to go to a bougie salon in Madison, but they weren't accepting new clients. I hadn't gotten my hair done in 15 months and was in desperate need of a root touch and cut despite doing a little at home care. I worked with Sarah Elizabeth who was friendly, helpful, and honest. Sarah told me what we were going to do step-by-step, showed me how much would be cut off, and advised me on what to do specifically for aftercare of my color. Sarah understood exactly what I wanted and explained costs beforehand. I appreciate Sarah's knowledge, helpfulness, and sensitivity to her clients. I love Amanda and Sandra. Both of these women are amazing! They always do a great job on our hair. If I have to ask them what I liked, they won't ignore your request. They want you go home happy with their service. My husband and daughter likes to go to cost cutter besides the location being convenient for us, what's more important is the good customer service extended to us! I will always go to cost cutter where they're at.

Just have to say that the manager at this location, Amanda, is fantastic. I am never disappointed with my outcome or expectations. She is straight forward with me about costs and what she feels she can and can't do. The results are amazing hair and a very happy customer.

I found all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful in checking me in with my appointment. When I arrived they offered a friendly welcome immediately and helped me right away without delay. The hair salon itself was clean, inviting, and had an upbeat atmosphere. My stylist was Sandra. This is the third haircut I’ve received now from Sandra and I have been fully satisfied with the quality of her haircuts every single time. When I make appointments I now specifically request her as my stylist because she does always does a terrific job. During my haircut Sandra was very professional and attentive. She asked what I wanted and I could tell that she was really listening. As she was cutting my hair she was friendly with her conversation while staying focused at the same time. When she was done she also showed me the haircut from all angles and made sure that I was happy. After the haircut was complete making my purchase was fast and efficient. The entire visit from walking in to leaving only took about half an hour.

I had a great experience with Lexie Elizabeth. I asked for probably 6-8 inches off and showed her a picture of what I was thinking. She did an incredible job and I love it. I have curly hair and can be kind of particular. She was also professional and I would highly suggest her. Thanks Lexie.
