This location is very bad, it's best to go to another place than to basically sign up for disappointment here. They close when they want to and usually before closing hours, they just don't keep to their schedule. Today I had that happen to me, I went to their location and the person on the register told me it was closed, it wasn't even time to close or anywhere near, it wasn't even announced online or noticeably like a note on the door or something. This wasn't even the first time, it's happened two times and I believe it's just horrible management and bad employee moral.

whoever runs this place must not pay their employees enough, because they seem to be consistently understaffed compared to other jimmy johns. They regularly do not take mobile orders or deliveries, and they often close before the time listed. I don’t blame the employees for this, this seems like an issue with whoever is in charge of this location

*Edited from my previous 1 star review* They seem to have got their act together again! Woot woot! Gentlemen I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. My delivery came in about 15 minutes, which was awesome. The driver was also very friendly. Very happy to have this Jimmy Johns location back with a good staff!

horrible experiences every time i order from here. i have placed my last order for this location. over an hour to receive my food and they bring me the wrong order. then they tell me it will be over an hour for them to make it right. the only reason i order from them is because i have a job that i can't leave my desk. 5 times ive ordered from them and 5 times the orders have been wrong or delivered to the wrong address. HORRIBLE!

I work 3 minutes away, and lately I've been ordering my food by 10:30-11am (because it never shows up on time) to give plenty of time before my noon lunch break. Well now it's been 2 days in a row (and has happened before) where my sub shows up over an hour after I ordered it and ended up eating somewhere else because I had no food by lunchtime. Did I mention I work less than 3 minutes away? Called to complain and was only given excuses about how busy and understaffed they are. No apologies. Well I've decided to lighten your work load Jimmy John's as I will no longer be ordering from you at all, even though I'd been ordering 4-5 times a week and your service has declined drastically.

When I called to order one sub it took over 15 minutes due to the cashier constantly interrupting me and messing up my card card info then on top of that it took exactly and hour and 20 minutes for my food to be delivered when I work 0.5 miles away from the jimmy johns location. This is not the first time it has taken over an hour either.

I work just over 5 minutes from this location and yet on at least three occasions I have not received my food for over an hour. Currently starring at the order tracker wasting my lunch break because I ordered over 30 minutes ago and it still isn't out for delivery. "Jimmy John's Fast" is a total lie. I haven't had this problem with an other restaurants in the area so I can't imagine what they are doing wrong here. Also, messaged corporate about it last time and never heard back. Love their subs, best sub chain in my opinion, but my lunch has been late too many times for me to eat here again.😭 Update: I have now been waiting an hour and a half, still no food.

I ordered from the Fish Hatchery location this evening. 40 minutes later I called the location to check on the order as I had not yet received it. I was told by the person on the phone that he didn’t know where the driver was, but the driver had 7 deliveries and my order was among them. I was willing to wait a bit longer. After about 30 minutes, I called the store again approximately 10 minutes after the store closed (I did not realize they closed at 8). I did not receive my food and since the store is closed, they are no longer taking phone calls or receiving voicemails. Now the order tracker states my food has been delivered, which is not the case. I live within a mile of the store and, until now, I have not had a bad experience. Even if there are staffing issues or weather concerns, a phone call letting me know the status would have been appreciated. I ended up calling another store. After speaking to their manager (who was very helpful), I found out that someone else had the same experience this evening.
