Staff is always very nice and very helpful! I usually am that guy to come in later and they're always nice, and the lady up front always helps me find the best box to ship items so I dont over pay. Overall a great experience and good customer service. 5/5, A+

Unbelievable that they do not accept cards for payment. Very slow service. One employee would not let other employee use computer while filling out handwritten forms, which drastically increased wait times.

A contract post office in a gift shop that doesn't take credit cards. Arriving at this address takes you down flight of stairs, too.

Had checks, so I was prepared. Women behind the counter were very helpful and polite. I was the only one there on a Wednesday afternoon, so things were pretty quick. Just remember to bring cash or checks and you'll be fine.

If you need a full featured post office, this is not the place to go. Often employees are slow with ringing up and applying features that normal usps employees are familiar with. Also too much chit-chat between employees and "regular" customers.

The post office is in the Hallmark store. I've shipped packages from here a few times, always helpful. Be aware they don't take cards as payment for post office transactions!

Really an inconvenience once you're there to remember they don't take plastic. This isn't Europe and it IS the 21st century. Otherwise, the employees have always been friendly and are helpful in getting your package all set (e.g., proper padding).

Very inconvenient that they do not accept credit cards. The hours are also a bummer as it is within a store. The three times I have gone the staff have not been very helpful or friendly; which is surprising based on other reviews.

Be forewarned that this is a substation installed in a Hallmark Store. It does NOT accept check cards or credit cards. I can process credit cards on my iPhone or accept payments via email like Cash, so this was a deal-breaker for me. I'm actually surprised the US Postal Service doesn't mandate that Hallmark and other commercial businesses hosting their services accept either mobile payment services like PayPal (a la JC Penney) or at least credit cards. Because of the limit on payment methods, I had to take my parcels to another Post Office.
