I can’t believe I’m actually taking the time to write this review. But I must say that my experience visiting the store was really unpleasant that I needed to share it. And I think instead of taking this review as a customer vent, the leadership of UPS should see this as a feedback. Long story short, I was only there to print out a couple papers and then figured out some logistics of document shipping before I made my decision. I asked a couple questions and some of them to clarify because I couldn’t hear clearly through the masks. I’m not sure what it is but I felt the female assistant was getting impatient with me. Then, when something went wrong with the printer after printing one and it might take longer, she unapologetically asked me to either wait or take the one printed paper and just go. Perhaps it’s not so much about what she said but about the way she said it, as if saying “if you don’t want to wait, just leave then.” There was certainly tension in the space. Though I tried to be patient and friendly when I spoke, I did not feel my time and needs were valued by the way they responded. It was very uncomfortable to me. I don’t know what’s going on with the helpers’ life and I’m sure this time is not easy for anybody. But I definitely feel that customer service needs to be improved so that this store is not a space that perpetuates the negativity. P.s.: if I perceived correctly in their tones during interactions, the customer before me also walked out of the store with some frustration. Just FYI. Hopefully this is taken as a constructive criticism.

Tour Manager here. I deal with freight all the time, never had a more positive experience doing so than I did with Jake at this location - Jake is an absolute superstar. Truly exceptional customer service, went way above and beyond to make sure that our freight needs were met, packaged appropriately and safely, and was just the kindest human while doing it. Somebody please give Jake a raise.

First time at the store- so I was a little unaware of the procedures. Instead of being helpful, the employee-a lady with short blonde hair- was very condescending and rude throughout our entire conversation. Towards the end, she told me that I’m all set without even confirming if she had the receiver’s address. Last thing I saw was my papers just sitting on the counter- not packed, and certainly not addressed. I think it’s fair to expect people in a customer service role to have better conduct than this lady.

I wanted to contact you to let you know the amazing service I received yesterday from one of your drivers, Kyle. He is always so kind whenever I see him. Yesterday he went above and beyond helping me with two huge packages (100 lbs each). I’m in an apartment and he ALWAYS brings my packages to my door on the second floor. FedEx never brings them up and often leaves them outside our building. I want to make sure you know how amazing Kyle truly is year round. Hope you consider him for a holiday bonus!

UPS Store on Regent St. is my go-to place for packing and shipping breakable items and items of odd dimensions. The service is efficient and workers are pleasant and helpful. They are skillful packers who make sure that what they ship arrives in perfect condition.

This was my go to store for crating and packaging. Some years ago I needed a vintage keyboard shipped and the buyer was willing to pay for crating. This store was recommended to me. Since the UPS stores are owned by different franchisees, the packing and crating options are not always the same, and this was said to be the best. They did a good job packing and shipping the keyboard, so I brought them several other items that were too big for me to pack, and they did a good job. So why 3 stars instead of 4 or 5? I used to take them my Amazon returns. Then they started charging for that (tape and/or labels, etc). I have a personal rule that I do not use any business that charges extra to return/tape a package, so I will not be back. Many of the other UPS stores accept Amazon returns for free, and I will continue to use those.

I've used the UPS Store on Regent for over 3 years. My company rents a mailbox from them that we check on a daily basis and we have also used their print services on several occasions. I have experienced nothing but the utmost professionalism from both the employees and the store owner. When it comes to international shipments they are an extremely valuable resource. We ship several packages a month internationally using either UPS or DHL and one of the biggest issues we have is figuring out the correct address format. It's much easier for us to leave this part of our business in their hands and we feel very comfortable doing so. Never had an issue and we will continue to use them in the future. Their print services are also very useful for us, especially when it comes to something we need quickly. We recently moved into a new office and needed signage directing our customers and also new business cards with an updated address. The signage we needed quickly but the business cards we needed the next day for an event. I didn't think it was possible but they were able to turn around my order and get the business cards printed the next day; then the signage was completed the day after. All in all a great company. Would highly recommend.
