Naming this place a "Customer Center" is a joke. Their phone number leads you to an infinite phone tree where the only possible chance you have to talk to a human is telling it you need to file a complaint, then you'll get transfered to a call center over seas where they will eventually tell you this location has no phone number. Utterly terrible experience with UPS from start to finish. I'm adding one star because the lady at the front desk was helpful.

Took firearms to be shipped to a manufacturer and the guy did nothing but give a hard time. He told me he needed a copy of the FFL faxed to the store. I know for a fact they do not. I worked for an FFL for many years and never ever had to give the FFL in order to ship with them and I went in to ship, I even had drivers come and pick them up for me as sometimes there were many at a time. The customer service person just did not want ti deal with shipping firearms, or didn’t like firearms. Which cool that’s totally fine but your job is to ship them if I bring them in. So eventually went to a different store on the west side and did and said the exact same things and u know what? They said ok and entered everything into the system took the money and never asked for the FFL. Weird huh. I definitely wouldn’t recommend going to this store if shipping firearms, go to the west side where they will take care of you. Maybe just go to the west side for everything it’s worth driving there for your stuff to be taken care of.

I feel bad that I got upset in front of an employee. They couldn't take the same electronic Services as the main UPS Stores do. It really isn't that bad of a location it's just they don't have any new resources or replacement items like the UPS Store locations have. I would have gave five stars but that one star is for the equipment UPS gives them to use their because they deserve the same treatment as other UPS employees UPS give the employees at this location better equipment and resources so they can do the same things as other locations otherwise change and label the location correctly on Google thank you

If I could give 0 stars I would! The route driver keeps turning around in our driveway. Talked to someone about it and they assured me they would talk to the driver. Obviously they don’t care because it keeps happening around 4:30 every day. My next tactic it to literally stand in my damn driveway and deal with this rude inconsiderate driver myself. In short, if you can avoid UPS DO IT!

After complaining twice, my new ups driver refuses to deliver packages to my home. Instead he leaves them at the road which is about 200 feet from my house. One package was delivered ups said at 2:30 in the afternoon and I did not know it was there till the next morning at 9 when I left for the doctor. Lived here 29 yrs and have never had this problem b/f. I am 77 and recovering from cancer treatments. I don't know there are packages at the road, nor the energy most days to make trips up there to check if I have pkg at the road. The last pkg was a smaller box and the driver put it in a plastic bag and hung it from the flag on my mailbox. This time of year I order a lot because I do not have the energy to go to stores. Wish more stores would ship Fed Ex. They deliver to my home. Hope nothing gets stolen sitting up at the road. The last couple of weeks I must have had different driver. The packages have been on my porch. And, once, the driver came down with the truck because I had to sign for the delivery. But, this morning I had to go to the ail box to put mail in for the post lady to pick up. There leaning against a tree just off the road were two packages. Grateful they were wrapped in plastic. I had to stop and put them down 7 times to rest my arms and get my breath. The one in particular was heavy. Then I had yo put the heavy one down every one of my steps because ineed to use the railing. There are 13 steps to the front porch. My driveway is clear, no snow, no ice. This driver should noted driving on the road if he can't come down the driveway. Maybe I need to request a signature every time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My issue is with UPS in general, not necessarily this location. However, multiple times I have paid for packages to be overnighted, and they always seem to get lost in this location. I've called customer service to find an actual person at this location to talk to and be able to track down the package and put it on hold so I can pick it up in person. Customer service says that there is no phone number for this location, and that packages cannot be picked up here. I never have an issue with doing this in the Lake Delton location, and they have a direct line. Today, my overnighted package got delayed due to weather. WTH? It's not even raining outside. What makes even less sense is that the other package that was also overnighted to be delivered today, is supposed to be delivered on time. The only difference is that one was scanned into Madison 20 minutes prior to the other one that can't be delivered today. The package is in Madison, and supposedly can't be delivered to my home, office, or arranged to be picked up at a UPS location today, even though it's only 9am. There is no human that I can talk to at this location to arrange to pick it up in person or have it redirected to my work. Customer service had me set up an online account and change the delivery address of the package, but it was a futile attempt, as it just popped back saying the package cannot be redirected, held, or delivered today. I overnighted the package because it was something I actually needed today and I'm willing to drive across town and get, yet their customer service provides no actual customer service to assist with this. I'm not even sure why they have a customer service phone number. I choose to ship USPS or FedEx. They have yet to not get me a package in time!

I have had the worst experiences ever with residential UPS! They have lost numerous packages of mine... both being sent out, and receiving and are never willing to take the blame when things are obviously in their hands. I order a lot of things that I have shipped and it would be nice to not have to worry about the status constantly. One day they will deliver a package to my house, no problem. Two days later (not an exaggeration, this has really happened many times) they say my package is not able to be delivered because I have moved. Then a few days later... another package will come to my house, again with no problem. Even though earlier in the week I "moved". Just very frustrating, and their customer service is so poor and staff is very unfriendly and unwilling to help try and resolve my issues.
